嗡！五药五香及藏红花等，混合后在四方中央五处，放置此等妙香丸。或者堆积沙土亦可。珍宝瓶中则放入，五药五谷精华五，五香五宝以及，东方泉眼之水，由洁净童子所取，与牛奶一同倒入瓶中。以洁净白蓝丝绸，作颈饰，插上白芥子作口饰。孔雀翎、吉祥草作护身线，有金刚杵也好，没有也行。药师佛彩绘唐卡，于白布背后书写祈请咒，以及持明、医药成就祈赐文，书写后将此作为宝瓶之口饰。祈请、修持、事业之咒语等，以黄金工整书写于白绸上卷起，与佛像一同安放。坛城外层莲瓣上，七丁内摆设供品。东方为净水与牛奶，东南方为净水，南方为鲜花，西南方为香，西方为灯，西北方为香水或上等茶。北方为朵玛食子，东北方则放青稞或芝麻。舍弃毒物之诃子等，各种药物遍撒。其后以白芥子围绕。于朵玛盒内或小桌上，放置药师佛圆形朵玛，如此围绕八个，以鲜花装饰。 放置淋上白糖之牛奶。母牦牛奶不宜，肉、酒、蒜、葱亦不宜。常时供养之钩子，若有则供朵玛、灯，供品每日更换。若无力，则以水及青稞粒，略作供养亦可。朵玛略作供养即可。修法时能守持一席地甚佳，若不能，则舍弃肉、酒、蒜、葱。于自身心间以藏红花，点上红点，穿著新衣。以花鬘作装饰。首先于日间供养一个白朵玛，摆设青稞、糖果等。以水洒之，然后如此说：嗡，从（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूम्，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）中，于珍宝器皿内，嗡，从（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）中，朵玛化为甘露。于此方此地，所有此地之神祇，以及所有魔类、宿债者，供养此甘露朵玛。享用此供施朵玛，请白方诸神助我，黑方则请移往他处，请勿障碍修法。嗡 萨尔瓦

Om! Combine the five medicines, five fragrances, and saffron. Place these fragrant pills in the four directions and the center. Alternatively, you can pile up sand. Inside a precious vase, place the five medicines, five grains, five essences, five fragrances, five precious substances, and water from an eastern spring, taken by a pure child. Pour it into the vase along with milk. Use clean white and blue silk cloths as a neck ornament, and insert white mustard as a mouth ornament. Use peacock feathers and kusha grass as a protective thread. A vajra is good to have, but it's okay if you don't. A fully colored painted image of the Medicine Buddha, with the supplication mantra written on the back of white cloth, and the words "Grant the siddhis of the knowledge holders and medicine." Write this and place it as the mouth ornament of the vase. The mantras for supplication, practice, and activities should be carefully written in gold on white silk and rolled up. Place it together with the image. On the outer layer of the mandala's lotus petals, arrange offerings in the seven bowls. To the east, place clean water with milk. To the southeast, clean water. To the south, flowers. To the southwest, incense. To the west, a lamp. To the northwest, incense water or the finest tea. To the north, place a deity offering (Lha bshos). To the northeast, place barley or sesame seeds. Scatter various medicines, such as haritaki, which dispels poisons. Surround it with white mustard seeds. Inside the torma box or on a small table, place a round Medicine Buddha torma. Arrange eight of these around, decorated with flowers. Place milk sprinkled with white sugar. Yak milk is not suitable, nor are meat, alcohol, garlic, or onions. Have a hook for constant nourishment. If possible, offer deity offerings and lamps, and change the offerings every day. If not possible, just offer a little water and barley grains. It is sufficient to nourish the torma slightly. It is best to maintain a single seat during practice. If not possible, abstain from meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions. Place a red dot of saffron on your heart, and wear new clothes. Adorn yourself with a colorful garland. First, offer one white torma during the day, arranging barley and sweets. Sprinkle it with water, and then say this: Om, from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूम्, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable), within a precious vessel, Om, from (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), the torma is transformed into nectar. To all the local deities residing in this area and place, and to all the obstructing spirits and karmic debtors, I offer this nectar torma. Accept this offering torma, and may the deities of the white side assist me. May the black side move elsewhere, and please do not obstruct the practice. Om Sarva
