心之秘密，不可衡量，深邃而明澈，如大海般，深不可测，毫无浑浊。您已掌控无尽的禅定，故向您——示现究竟之义者，敬礼！您之言语，乃殊胜甘露之流，以其善妙，盛满众生之智慧宝瓶，为一切希求解脱者，指明通往解脱之正道。向传承之诸位上师，敬礼赞叹！四方有四种姓之药护四天女，白、黄、红、绿，以珍宝丝绸为饰，各自持有本尊之法器，向主尊恭敬顶礼而住，我顶礼赞叹！外有尚论、贤者、仙人、星宿，以及天龙、国王、赞神、敬神、鬼魔、傲慢众，皆以合掌之姿，向薄伽梵恭敬顶礼而住，我赞叹医药护法傲慢众！如是赞叹。念诵之法：于自身心间，月轮中央，以（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字为中心，周围环绕根本咒语。于前所生之薄伽梵心间，有红色明点，如红莲宝色，呈六角形。从那六角形中，每一角皆放射出光芒与光束，每一光束之端，皆化现六能仁，遣除六道众生之痛苦与无明。于其中心，有如水晶管般之根本命脉，如竖立一根透明水晶柱，从中放射出无数光芒，从中显现寂静与忿怒之百种形象。于其命脉之中，莲花与月轮座上，安住着蓝色五股金刚杵，其五股向上，其上安住五部佛父佛母双运；其五股向下，其上安住五部饮血尊父佛母交抱。于金刚杵之中心，日轮中央，有蓝色（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，如青金石般，周围环绕根本咒语。观想四天女心间，各自月轮座上，从前方顺时针方向，分别有哈、日、尼、萨，以及世间众生之心间，皆以各自种子字为标识。念诵：嗡 拿摩 巴嘎瓦帝 咕噜 贝卡度雅 扎巴 惹扎雅 达塔嘎达雅 尔哈帝 桑雅桑布达雅 达雅塔 嗡 贝卡扎耶 贝卡扎耶 玛哈贝卡扎耶 惹扎萨穆嘎达 哈哈日尼萨 玛哈萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽。尽力念诵。最后念诵三遍杨希，一百字明咒，缘起咒。

The secret of your mind is immeasurable, profound and clear, like a vast ocean, deep and without turbidity. Having mastered countless samadhis, I prostrate to you, who reveals the ultimate meaning! Your speech, the excellent stream of nectar-like sacred Dharma, perfectly fills the wisdom vase of beings, guiding all who desire liberation to the right path. I prostrate and praise the lineage lamas! In the four directions are the four medicine protector goddesses of the four lineages, adorned with precious silks of white, yellow, red, and green, each holding their own symbolic implements. I prostrate and praise them as they respectfully bow to the main deity and reside there. Outwardly, there are Shanglon ministers, sages, planets, and stars, as well as gods, nagas, kings, tsen spirits, ging spirits, demons, and arrogant hosts. They all reside with palms joined in reverence to the Bhagavan. I praise the arrogant hosts, the protectors of medicine! Thus, praise. The method of recitation: In the center of the moon mandala at your own heart, surrounded by the root mantra around the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable. In the heart of the Bhagavan generated in front, there is a red citta, like the color of a red lotus jewel, six-cornered. From each of those six corners, light and rays of light emanate, and at the tip of each ray, six Thubpas (Buddhas) emanate, dispelling the suffering and ignorance of the six realms of beings. In the center of that, the root kati, like a crystal tube, like a white crystal pillar erected, from which hundreds of thousands of rays of light emanate, from which a hundred kinds of peaceful and wrathful forms emanate. In the root tube of that, on a lotus and moon seat, a blue five-pronged vajra stands upright, on the five upper prongs reside the five families in union, father and mother; on the five lower prongs reside the five blood-drinking families in embrace, father and mother. In the center of the vajra, in the center of the sun mandala, there is a blue (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, like lapis lazuli, surrounded by the root mantra. And in the hearts of the four goddesses, on each moon seat, from front to right, there are Ha, Ri, Ni, Sa, and in the hearts of worldly beings, they are marked with their own seed syllables. Recite: Om Namo Bhagavate Guru Bhaisajye Prabha Rajaya Tathagataya Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya Tadyatha Om Bhaisajye Bhaisajye Maha Bhaisajye Raja Samudgate Hari Nisa Maha Sarva Siddhi Pala Hoh. Recite as much as possible. Finally, recite Yangsi, the hundred-syllable mantra, and the Essence of Interdependence three times each.

If weary from recitation at times, then supplicate the lineage lamas: Born from the immeasurable accumulation of merit and wisdom, possessing the splendor of marks and signs, the color of lapis lazuli, protecting beings with the mudra of supreme generosity and meditative equipoise, I supplicate the Medicine Buddha. He gathers and requests all the teachings, holding the treasury of Dharma, such as excellently showing, named Mind-born and Wisdom Awareness, I supplicate the feet of the two sages. Constantly knowing the newborn sprout burning on the plain, practicing the two austerities, entering like fire into taming, black sheep, the head of Han barley, and the essence of the moon, I supplicate the essence of salt. I supplicate the feet of Glorious Garland, Glorious Perfection, as well as Liberation-born, the Essence of the Sun, Moonlight, the monk Kungawo, and Jivaka. I supplicate Nagarjuna's Heart Essence, the name of Glorious Joy, Moon Manifest Joy, Vairochana, as well as Trisong Detsen, the monk with clairvoyance, and Dupa Drakpa of U, I supplicate their feet. I supplicate the monk Konkyap, Yuthok Yonten Gon, Wisdom Dharani and Ose Kuntu Ga, the Protector of Jambudvipa and Dakpo Tsendapa, the Healing King.
