I beseech the Buddha, the Sugata, to fulfill the vows! With offerings of medicine, precious jewels, silk, and tea, And various categories of Samantabhadra's offerings, I fulfill the vows of the lineage lamas! Medicines like the six good remedies that dispel hot and cold diseases, And many kinds of medicine with taste and potency, And the five senses, precious food, and wealth, I fulfill the vows of the four sister goddesses who protect medicine! Flesh, blood, bones, and the five kinds of internal organs, Heart, liver, brain, marrow, and semen, And the great torma adorned with flesh and blood, I fulfill the vows of the arrogant ones like Zhanglon! Having fulfilled the vows, grant supreme accomplishments at this time! Thus, I beseech. The confession is as follows: We are controlled by countless ignorances, Of body, speech, and mind, and the root and branches, The vows are weakened and not confessed in time, Whatever contradictions, confusions, and inversions there may be, Not having heard or studied the root commentary tantras, And the Dharma thief who does not rely on the oral instruction lama, And the self-creator who does not rely on the wise and accomplished master, The errors and mistakes of oral instruction practice, And practicing in confusion without realizing the Buddha's intention, Whatever contradicts the scriptures and commentaries, I confess and repent before the Dharma Lord Buddha. Please, wise one, forgive me. The hot and cold diseases caused by the accumulation of wind, bile, and phlegm, And the mistakes in the respective antidotes, The taste, potency, and after-effects are wrongly combined, Some formulas have missing or excessive errors, Having generated great compassion and faith in oneself, Even though the medicines that counteract the disease are well given, When they lose their lives due to past karma, Even though they trusted in me, I could not protect them, Whatever sins and ignorant mistakes there may be, And not recognizing the essence of some medicines, etc., All mistakes and faults, all that is in my mind, I confess and repent to the four sister goddesses who protect medicine. Please forgive me and grant accomplishments! Some oral instructions with profound and special qualities, Even though they are single transmissions, there are violations, And teaching oral instructions to some without vows, And to some thieves, swindlers, and oath-breakers, Even if the oral instructions are hidden, they may be leaked, And stealing and extorting by means of methods, And hiding the master and proclaiming oneself great, And some demons who belittle others meaninglessly, Pretending to be disciples and giving oral instructions, etc., All the confusions of one's own mind.

Now, holding on, confessing and repenting for all the violations against the arrogant assembly of Zhanglon, please forgive us, and may all my obstacles be pacified, and may all my wishes be fulfilled according to the Dharma, please grant us activities. After that, collect the leftovers from the feast, including gestures and the giving and receiving of gestures, which have been enjoyed as desired, pour in one-third of the essence of the feast, sprinkle it with meat wine, and bless it with the three syllables Om (ཨོཾ, oṃ, body), Ah (ཨཱཿ, āḥ, speech), and Ka (ཀཱ་རོ, kāro, mind). Then, urging the commitment: Hum! From the palace of the pure Dharmadhatu, urge the commitment of the Buddhas of the Buddha lineage.
