ན་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་བསྲུང་བ་དང༔ བྱད་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་འགྲོལ་བ་དང༔ དུག་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་དབྱུང་བ་དང༔ ནད་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་ཕན་བྱེད་ཅིང༔ བསྒྲུབས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་མཆིས་པར་མཛོད༔ ཧཱུྃ༔ སྟེང་འོག་ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་དྲུག༔ དབྱུག་སྔོན་་མེ་ཐོད་དབྱུག་་མི་གཡོ་་རལ་གྲི་མེ་་འདོད་པའི་རྒྱལ་་རྔ་ཡབ་ཐོ་བ༔ རྣམ་རྒྱལ་་རྡོར་ཞགས་་ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱར་་མདའ་གཞུ་་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ་་ཐོ་ཞགས༔ རང་རང་སྐུ་མདོག་་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐིང་ག་་ཕྱག་ མཚན་བསྣམས༔ ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྲིན་ལས་བཅོལ་བ་ནི༔ དོ་ནུབ་ནམ་གྱི་གུང་ཐུན་ལ༔ ཡོན་བདག་བསམ་པ་རྫོགས་ཕྱིར་དུ༔ གདོན་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་བསྲུང་བ་དང༔ བྱད་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་འགྲོལ་བ་དང༔ དུག་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་དབྱུང་བ་དང༔ ནད་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་ཕན་བྱེད་ཅིང༔ བསྒྲུབས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་མཆིས་པར་མཛོད༔ ཁྲོ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བར་ཆད་སེལ་བར་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་ཤིང་ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་སུ་བཞུགས་ནས་སྲུང་ཟློག་གི་ལས་མཛད་པར་གྱུར། འོ། དེས་ཕྲིན་ལས་བཅོལ་བ་སོང་། གཉིས་པ་བཀྲུ་བ་ལ། ངེད་ཀྱི་ལག་ན་ཐོགས་པའི་བུམ་པ་ལས་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་བབས་པས། ཁྱེད་རང་གི་སྤྱི་གཙུག་ནས་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་བའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ཁྱེད་རང་གི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་ལ་ཞུགས་པའི་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྡོམ་སྡིག་སྦལ་ལྕོང་། སྟག་གཟིག་སྦྲུལ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྲོག་ཆགས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་དྲི་ལམ་ནས་བརྒྱུད་དེ་གནོད་བྱེད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ལ་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ། ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣག་ཁྲག་ལྗན་ལྗིན། གཟའ་ཀླུའི་ཁ་རླངས་བསམ་སྦྱོར་གྱི་དུག་རྣམས་འཇའ་ཁ་དོག་ལྔ་ལྡན་མོག་པོའི་རྣམ་པར་ཐོན་ཏེ་གདོན་གཟུགས་དང་གླུད་ལ་ཐིམ་པས། ཁྱེད་རང་གི་ལུས་ཡང་ཞིང་ཟོ་མདོག་བཟང་བ་ཤེལ་གོང་གཡའ་དག་པ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། ཅེས་བརྗོད་ལ་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་བུམ་པ་ཐོགས་ཏེ། ཧཱུྃ༔ བུམ་པ་བཟང་པོ་ཆེ་བའི་མཆོག༔ བྱེད་པ་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་དོན་བྱེད༔ ཕྱི་ནི་བུམ་པའི་རྣམ་པ་ལ༔ ནང་ནི་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ཆུ་ཡིས་གང༔ སྐལ་ལྡན་བུ་ཡི་ལུས་བཀྲུས་པས༔ ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཞི་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ཨོཾ་ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེསོགས་ཀྱི་མཐར། ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ ཞེས་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་ལོ། །ངེད་ཀྱི་ལག་ན་ཐོགས་པའི་བུམ་པ་ལྔ་ལྡན་འདི་ཉིད་ལས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔའི་ངོ་བོའི་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་སྐྱ་ནར་གྱིས་བབས་པས། དུག་ལྔའི་སྒོ་ནས་བསགས་པའི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དེ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཞིང་དག་པའི་ཐུགས་མོས་གནང་བ་

诸病悉皆守护之， 诸邪魔悉皆解脱之， 诸毒悉皆排除之， 诸病悉皆饶益之， 成就所修之果愿成！ 吽！ 上下四方六护方， 青杖、髅器杖、不动、利剑、火、欲王、拂尘锤， 尊胜、金刚索、吽迦、箭弓、大力、锤索， 各自身色皆为蓝色，手持器物， 委任于汝等之事业乃， 今晚夜半时分， 为令施主心愿圆满故， 诸邪魔悉皆守护之， 诸邪魔悉皆解脱之， 诸毒悉皆排除之， 诸病悉皆饶益之， 成就所修之果愿成！ 诸忿怒尊承诺消除障碍，安住于四方，行守护回遮之事业。 哦。 如是委任事业已竟。 二者沐浴， 从我手中所持之宝瓶中降下甘露之流， 因从汝之顶门沐浴之缘故，进入汝之身语意三门之诸邪魔，总而言之，化为青蛙、蝌蚪、虎、豹、蛇等众生之相，从尿道而出，融入于损害者之影像中。 诸疾病化为脓血污秽，星曜龙族之口涎，意念之毒等，化为五色彩虹之烟雾状，出现而融入于邪魔之形像与替身中，汝之身体变得轻盈，容貌姣好，如水晶般清澈之信解当修。 如是说后，上师手持宝瓶， 吽！ 宝瓶殊胜最为上， 所作利益一切有情众， 外为宝瓶之形相， 内满忿怒尊之水， 以沐浴具缘子之身， 愿诸病邪魔罪障悉消除！ 嗡 诶 伙 秀达 秀达 等之后，于具寿某某之疾病邪魔罪障一切，夏木定 咕汝 耶 梭哈！ 如是沐浴之。 从我手中所持之五蕴宝瓶中，降下五智自性之甘露之流，以五毒之门所积之罪障，以及由此所生之疾病邪魔障碍不顺之品类一切，清净之信解当发

May all illnesses be completely protected, May all harms be completely liberated, May all poisons be completely expelled, May all diseases be completely benefited, May the fruit of accomplishment be present! Hūṃ! Above, below, directions, intermediate directions, six protectors of the directions: Blue staff, skull cup staff, immovable, sword, fire, desire king, whisk, hammer, Victory, vajra lasso, Hūṃkāra, arrow and bow, great power, hammer lasso, Each with their own body color, all blue, holding hand implements, The task entrusted to you is: Tonight, at midnight, For the sake of fulfilling the patron's wishes, May all demons be completely protected, May all harms be completely liberated, May all poisons be completely expelled, May all diseases be completely benefited, May the fruit of accomplishment be present! May the wrathful ones pledge to dispel obstacles, and abide in the directions, performing the work of protection and repulsion. Oh. Thus, the entrusting of the task is completed. Secondly, the ablution: From the vase held in my hand, a stream of nectar descends. Due to the ablution from the crown of your head, all the demons that have entered your body, speech, and mind, in short, transform into the forms of creatures such as frogs, tadpoles, tigers, leopards, and snakes, and pass through the urinary tract, dissolving into the image of the harm-doer. All diseases transform into pus, blood, and filth. The miasma of planets and nāgas, and the poisons of thoughts, emerge as a five-colored rainbow-like mist and dissolve into the demon form and effigy. May you have the faith that your body becomes light, your complexion beautiful, and as clear as a crystal ball. After saying this, the teacher holds the vase: Hūṃ! The excellent vase is the best, Its actions benefit all sentient beings, Outwardly, it has the form of a vase, Inwardly, it is filled with the water of wrathful deities, By washing the body of the fortunate child, May diseases, demons, sins, and obscurations be pacified! At the end of Oṃ E ho śuddhe śuddhe, etc., Śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā for all the diseases, demons, sins, and obscurations of this life-holder. Thus, the ablution is performed. From this five-aggregate vase held in my hand, a continuous stream of nectar, the essence of the five wisdoms, descends. May you have the faith that all the diseases, demons, obstacles, and unfavorable conditions arising from the sins and obscurations accumulated through the five poisons are purified.
