安住于熊熊燃烧的火焰之中，双足踏于日月和各种莲花地神之上，以伸屈之姿威严而住。如是明观的内心之中，白色骨髓融化为光，化为一颗白色的海螺之卵。白色海螺之卵裂开，出现名为金翅鸟王的存在，身躯如同人类之身，以一切忿怒尊之装束严饰，发髻抵达梵天之境，双翼充满整个虚空，尾端抵达大海之上，尾翼羽毛的缝隙之中，散发出无量沙砾雨，焚烧所有龙王男女，以天铁燃烧的喙爪，吞食龙王男女为食物，右手持着金刚杵，左手持着燃烧的铁钩，巨大的角如同牦牛角般竖立，中间以燃烧的珍宝装饰，身色如海螺般洁白而闪耀，双足安住于莲花日月之上。于其心中，再次化现鹏鸟，为息增怀诛之身，身色威严，呈蓝黄红绿之色，手持法轮、珍宝、莲花和燃烧的宝剑，鹏鸟之面容呈凶猛之相，具有飞禽之王的喙爪，发翼和尾部充满虚空。如是明观的化身之中，再次化现不可思议的大鹏鸟，所有显有皆化为鹏鸟，有些覆盖天空，有些飞翔于虚空之中，有些嬉戏于大地之上，如是化现的鹏鸟们，吞噬地神龙妖的眼珠、取出心脏、吞食血肉，吸饮其精气，大龙被撕咬吞食，小龙被囫囵吞下，观想一切皆被摧毁成灰尘。之后，再次化现的所有鹏鸟，观想融入化现的鹏鸟之中。 如是，以明晰的禅定，观想将所有魔障摧毁成灰尘，然后念诵“扎威夏亚 啪（藏文）”，由此，将自生誓言尊和智慧尊二者分离，智慧尊返回本位，誓言尊融入所观之境。持金刚手秘密续中，以禅定守护之第五品。萨玛雅。然后再次宣说，谛听！以咒语守护龙等八部众，如下：嗡 班匝 巴尼 吽（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र पाणि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra pāṇi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚手，吽），班匝 嘎汝达 吽（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र गरुड हुं，梵文罗马拟音：vajra garuḍa hūṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚，迦楼罗，吽），布达 嘎汝达 嗡（藏文，梵文天城体：बुद्ध गरुड ओ，梵文罗马拟音：buddha garuḍa oṃ，汉语字面意思：佛，迦楼罗，嗡），热那 嘎汝达 扎（藏文，梵文天城体：रत्न गरुड त्रं，梵文罗马拟音：ratna garuḍa trāṃ，汉语字面意思：宝，迦楼罗，扎）

Residing within a blazing mass of flames, with two feet upon the sun and moon and various lotus earth-holders, majestically dwelling in a posture of extending and contracting. Within the heart, thus clearly visualized, white marrow melts into light, transforming into a single white conch egg. From the cracking of the white conch egg emerges the being called Garuda King, with a body like that of a human, adorned with all the attire of a wrathful deity, hair reaching the realm of Brahma, wings filling all of space, tail reaching above the ocean. From the gaps in the tail feathers, countless showers of sand-like particles emanate, burning all the Naga king and queen, with burning adamantine beak and claws, consuming the Naga king and queen as food, the right hand holding a golden vajra, the left hand holding a burning iron hook, large horns standing erect like those of a yak, adorned in the middle with blazing jewels, the body color white and shimmering like a conch, two feet resting upon lotus, sun, and moon. In its heart, again emanates a Garuda emanation, the form for pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, the body color majestic blue, yellow, red, and green, holding a wheel, jewel, lotus, and burning sword in its hands, the Garuda face with a fierce countenance, having the beak and claws of the king of birds, hair-wings and tail filling the empty space. From the emanation thus visualized, again emanates inconceivable great Garudas, all phenomena and existence transforming into Garudas, some covering the realms of the sky, some flying in the expanse of space, some frolicking upon the earth. Thus, the emanated Garudas, devour the eyeballs, extract the hearts, and eat the flesh of the malevolent earth-holders, Nagas, and Nyen demons, drinking their blood, suppressing their power, great Nagas being torn apart and devoured, small Nagas being swallowed whole, contemplating all being destroyed into dust. From that, all the emanated Garudas, contemplate merging into the emanation Garuda. Thus, with clear samadhi, aiming to destroy all obstacles into dust, then reciting "Prawe Shaya Phat（藏文）", thereby, separating the self-essence commitment being and the wisdom being, the wisdom being departs to its own place, the commitment being comes into the state of whatever is visualized. From the secret tantra of Vajrapani, the fifth chapter, which protects with samadhi. Samaya. Then again, listen to the explanation!
