Samaya! Gya gya gya! Body seal! Speech seal! Mind seal! Hidden seal! Entrusted seal! Khatam! Om! Homage to Vajrapani! For the sake of those who are devoted to him, in all activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, in order to quickly accomplish all tasks, to obtain common and supreme siddhis, and to gain great merit, one should diligently engage in the work of tormas. The combination of substances for this is as follows: In a supreme vessel that is well-formed and beautiful, fill it with tsampa, flowers, wine, water, blood, grains, fruits, various medicines, chan-thuk, khurba, the three whites and sweets, meat, blood, bones, various hearts, enemies, obstacles, spirits, dream forms, snakes, frogs, toads, fish meat, and all kinds of offering substances. Purify it with Ram (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让), Yam (藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬), and Kham (藏文：ཁཾ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：康) from Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Om Akaro Mukham Sarvadharmanam Adyanutpannatvad Om Ah Hum! This marvelous and sacred torma, I offer to all the gurus of the three times, the mandala of the yidam deities, the secret lord Vajrapani, all the emanated garudas, and the karmic yakshas and rakshasas, in order to accomplish their tasks. Accomplish the entrusted tasks and destroy the enemies. This is a brief summary of the torma's karmic vows. Om! Homage to Vajrapani! In the daily practice of meditation and recitation, first take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Then, the sequence of samadhi is as follows: Likewise, contemplate all appearances as the three causes. From the cause, Bhrum (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) arises, becoming a celestial palace. On top of the sun, moon, naga, and fierce deity seats, the seed syllable of the cause melts, and from it, rays of light radiate in the ten directions. Having performed the two benefits, they gather back, and one generates oneself as the samaya-sattva. Impregnate the wisdom-sattva with the mantra. Make offerings and praises as appropriate, whether extensive or concise. Then, dissolve the wisdom into oneself. Contemplate the light dissolving and purifying obscurations. Revive it again with the generation mantra. Clearly generate oneself as the secret lord and garudas, according to the sadhana. Then, mentally perform expansion and contraction, and verbally recite as much as possible. If tired, one can also dissolve the emanations back, and generate the wisdom-sattva in front. Make offerings and praises to it as before. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra and the wisdom-being departs. Withdraw the samaya and protect the body. Hold everything with the view of emptiness. From your mouth, liberate the three realms with Hūṃ and Phaṭ, By gnashing your teeth, cut off the root of birth and death, I prostrate and praise the Bhagavan in blue garments! Wrathful King's body adorned with charnel ground ornaments, Two feet extended and contracted, seated on the seat of the sun and moon, I prostrate and praise the Bhagavan in blue garments! The right hand whirls a golden five-pronged vajra, The left hand subdues the misleaders with a wrathful bell, I prostrate and praise the Bhagavan in blue garments! By striking the sound of the wrathful one's voice with your tongue, You reduce all enemies and obstacles to ashes, I prostrate and praise the Bhagavan in blue garments!
