Pitta Prabha Dhyā Sarva Bhūmi Pati Nāga Duḥkha Prashamana Ye Abhiṣiñca Maṃ! Recite seven or twenty-one times, and contemplate being free from suffering. Thirteenth, bathe with the deity vase and make aspirations: Sprinkle from the deity vase with a sprinkler. Hūṃ! Eight great nāgas, listen here! First is the command of the self-born Buddha! Now is the command of the vidyādhara, myself! The command of the vidyādhara, me, must not be broken! I am Vajrapāṇi! I am the one who subdues all arrogance! I am the executioner of the nāgas! I eat a hundred nāgas as food! I spread a hundred thousand nāgas as a seat! I subdue all the nāgas! I adorn my body with the nāga king! For the owner of wealth and resources, expel the cruelty of the great nāgas! Expel the diseases, evil spirits, and poisons of the nāgas! Expel the poisons of the nāgas of the four castes! Expel the poisons of the earth-lord evil spirits! Expel the grudges and cruelty of the nāgas! Expel the diseases, evil spirits, and poisons of the nāgas! Hūṃ! All the nāga assemblies, listen here! All oppressions༴ All that hit the mark༴ All the suffering in body and mind, may they be pacified, increased, empowered, and subdued, Svaha! Then, at the end of each of the nine Nagas' mantras, offer the torma with the syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, literal Chinese meaning: A). Please accept this offering torma! etc. Furthermore, in these nearby areas, there are wet, soft meadows, trickling ditches, crowded chests, stinging stones, thin branches, swaying cliffs, trees and shrubs, and those dwelling on the slopes. Those who claim small places as their own and harbor jealousy and resentment towards us, the master, disciples, and retinue. The big ones cause the body to weaken, the small ones cause the lineage to decline. Landlords and land demons, male and female malignant spirits, land spirits, tree spirits, all of these, especially we, the master, disciples, and sangha, have offended you due to ignorance and not seeing, now we pray and offer. We recite and invite. May each of your lineages be satisfied! May the conditions for enjoyment be abundant! Please do not harbor jealousy and resentment towards us, the master, disciples, and sangha! We do not rule the land. Please be the lords of the land yourselves! We offer the ransom for the fields! We offer the ransom for the dwelling place! We offer the ransom for the road! If even so, great resentment still arises, then we are beings with flesh and eyes. You have attained神通 and great magical powers, please show us again and again, and please let us have faith in you! Please place your dwelling place in a dangerous place, or move it elsewhere. Even the neighboring wolves recognize you, please enjoy these offerings and do not cause harm or obstacles! Therefore, we have such good intentions, please do not harbor resentment in your hearts! If the mind can accommodate, the body can accommodate. If resentment arises in the heart, even if there are thousands of sheep, two good sheep will not be friendly. If there is no resentment in the heart, even under one stone, there are hundreds of homes of land gods. Even on one stone, there are thousands of homes of planets and stars, and there is no feeling of narrowness. Even if a pair of red rocks stand tall, they are also a place for birds to dwell. The great refuge is the dwelling of humans, the small refuge is the dwelling of birds, and there is no feeling of narrowness.
