If you are enthusiastic and capable, then the following methods of summoning dragons, gathering clouds, and suppressing wind are also key actions. In this way, perform the complete ritual every day, and even if it continues for seven days without effect, then it is necessary to use a powerful subjugation method: musk, antelope blood, the placental blood of a widow, arsenic, crow feces. Mix these in equal parts, grind them into pills, and place them inside a bamboo node. Seal the opening with cloth to prevent moisture loss. Weave a cross out of yak hair, and place the bamboo node in a small pit dug beforehand in the spring water. Tie it with blue and red silk threads, and attach the other end of the threads to a yellow thorn tree stump, then fix the stump in a place upstream of the spring where it will not be carried away by the water. Above the pit, draw a vajra cross and Mount Meru with the four continents on the inside and outside of a slate, and then cover the pit with the slate, with the cross facing down. First, perform the self-generation deity yoga. Visualize yourself as the clearly visualized deity, and from your heart, radiate light that illuminates the entire world, especially illuminating all the nāgas residing in this place, subduing them. Cause them to completely lose their power. Through commands and exhortations, have them send down heavy rain.
