For the benefit of myself and all other beings, with the intention of Vajradhara, generating the mind of enlightenment in the ultimate meaning, may I quickly attain unsurpassed enlightenment! Lama, yidam, dakini, remember, you are pure and without stain, I am obscured by afflictions and obscurations, confessing and admitting transgressions, downfalls, and sins. Thus, make confession. Combining the essence of blessings with the samaya, and bestowing the essence of the four empowerments in the manner of blessings. First, establishing the samaya from the perspective of benefits: utter these words and place the vajra on the crown of the head. This is the samaya vajra, placed on your crown, you will accomplish all Buddhas, and transform into the supreme of non-dual wisdom. Establishing the samaya from the perspective of faults: place it on the heart. Vajradhara today, truly enters your heart, if this truth is spoken, it will immediately be severed and depart. Establishing the samaya from the perspective of both: pour the samaya water. This is your samaya water, transgressing the samaya will burn, guarding the samaya will accomplish, accomplished by the water of vajra nectar. oṃ sarva pañcāmṛta udaka ṭha hūṃ! 谛听！你等若轻蔑于我，不舍不乐之心而亡者，定堕地狱之中！如是说。其次，正行灌顶四种加持之仪轨，真实者。灌顶之所依令明晰，降注智慧。展开守护之轮，令弟子明观为本尊。身宝瓶灌顶。语甘露灌顶。意金刚灌顶。功德朵玛灌顶。事业顶髻灌顶，各自授予。复次，以身像擦擦等，总集身语意功德事业之灌顶，广大地授予。并赐予密咒之念诵传承。授予灌顶信物守护线等，共有十项内容。第一，灌顶之所依令明晰，降注智慧者。灌顶之所依宝瓶朵玛，乃是先前上师已生起者，以令先前存在者明晰之方式，于各自所缘之境，如是明观。于前生起之坛城，尸林之宫殿，以干湿头颅之墙壁为基。八大天之柱，威严耸立。下方以龟和鳄鱼之呻吟为基。上方八大行星之柱帽，如闪电般闪耀。八大夜叉和八大龙之栋梁，以及栋梁支撑。二十八星宿之帷幔，以整张兽皮覆盖。慈塔之法本。肠子的半网。人尸之幢幡。骷髅之伞盖。金刚之上下门槛，共四十四处。以天铁门和金刚日月之门闩所造之宫殿。内外一切皆为智慧之火焰，于红黑燃烧之中央。于三角深蓝燃烧之宫殿中央。于方便智慧日月重叠之座上。于八大行星八大龙交错之上。 秘密主金刚手。身蓝色一面二臂。右手持天铁金刚于虚空高举。左手作忿怒印于胸前，并展开金刚鹏鸟之众。口中吞噬毒蛇，龇牙咧嘴。三眼赤红闪烁，向下转动。胡须和眉毛极其恐怖，如闪电般闪耀。头发赤黄色向上竖立。发髻之中，不动佛为顶饰。

The basis of empowerment, the vase and torma, which the teacher has already generated, should be visualized in this way in your respective objects of focus, in the manner of clarifying what already exists. In the mandala generated in front, the charnel ground palace, with walls of dry and wet skulls as the base. The pillars of the eight great gods, majestic and towering. Below, turtles and crocodiles support it with their groans. Above, the pillar caps of the eight great planets flash like lightning. The beams of the eight yakshas and eight nagas, and the beam supports. On the curtains of the twenty-eight constellations, the roof is covered with the skin of a large animal. The Cittapatisadhana. The half-net of intestines. The banner of a corpse. The parasol of skeletons. The upper and lower thresholds of vajras, forty-four in total. The palace made of iron doors and vajra sun and moon bolts. Inside and out, everything is in the midst of a blazing red and black fire of wisdom. In the center of the triangular dark blue blazing palace. On the seat of stacked skillful means and wisdom sun, moon, and lotus. On top of the interlaced eight planets and eight nagas. The secret lord Vajrapani. Body blue, one face, two arms. The right hand holds the iron vajra aloft in the sky. The left hand makes the threatening mudra at the heart, and unfolds the assembly of vajra garudas. Swallowing venomous snakes in his mouth, baring his fangs. The three eyes are red and flashing, moving downwards. The beard and eyebrows are extremely terrifying, flashing like lightning. The hair is reddish-yellow, swirling upwards.
