Ḥ! All of these are the mantra of Rulu, buzzing like a beehive. Gathered here, merge into oneself without duality. Meditate to attain the supreme accomplishment. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ. Meditate repeatedly and constantly recite. At all times in the four modes of conduct, all appearances are Heruka, remember them like the moon in water. All sounds are the sound of Rulu, like the song of Brahma and the sound of thunder. The root of all is great bliss itself. In a state beyond conceptual elaboration, hold firmly to the unwavering ground of self-illumination. Samaya! Obtain the clear appearance of the deity, and for six months of recitation, without losing a syllable, without excess or deficiency. If recited properly, it will become workable. At that time, the yogi meditates on the completion stage. The generation stage is the supreme yoga of means. Whoever meditates in this way, in this very life, the body of a vidyādhara, will surely be attained, without doubt. Samaya! The countless peaceful and wrathful deities of the Sugatas, this profound root sādhana, is like a mandala of the sun. It destroys the darkness of worldly minds. Whoever desires the supreme accomplishment, all of them should cherish this diligently. Dha Thim! This was composed by Guru Padmasambhava. May those with karmic connections meet with this. Gya Gya Gya! From the Secret Essence of Glorious Yangdak Heruka, the Essence of Meaning of the Action Manual is present. Homage to Glorious Heruka! When meditating on this profound path, as a condition for the yogi's practice, the Essence of Meaning of the Action Manual is arranged. May all fortunate ones enjoy it. Samaya! Hūṃ! To those who do not obey the secret command, demons, misleaders, spirits, and obstructors, take this ransom offering of debt and atonement. Do not transgress the command, depart elsewhere. If you do not leave and cause harm, then by the compassion and wrath of all the Sugata Buddhas, by the assembly of wrathful ones, may your head, body, and heart be cut into pieces. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ. All harmful spirits, mārāya phaṭ! Hūṃ! Above, below, in all directions, all containers and contents, the deities of the five families and five wisdoms, if obstacles arise from delusion and non-realization, then liberate them with the five blazing weapons. Wheel, vajra, wish-fulfilling jewel, lotus, sword, and blazing fire, intertwined with the tent of wrathful protectors, may there be no place for the wicked to escape.
