之时，所有感觉止息时，从自己心间的八个“吽”（ཧཾ，梵文 देवनागरी字母：हूँ，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，含义：种子字）字发出光芒，通过金刚脉管，从结合处发出的光芒，聚集轮涅情器之精华甘露，手印之身融入甘露充满。此时两孔之字清晰，于秘密脉处聚集之，以红色“阿”（ཨཱཾ，梵文 देवनागरी字母：आ，梵文罗马转写：ā，含义：种子字）字，牵引手印之精华入自身，以脉界清净之红白明点，充满而成不死长寿之身，如珊瑚浸于酥油般修持。身体麻木喜乐时，彼时是明点聚集之征兆。此外， 脉界良好，且具相之明妃，瑜伽士具誓言，即使未做以上之法，精华亦自然聚集，征兆与前相同。此乃依止三月，获得不死寿命之成就。萨玛雅，印印印。嗡。吉祥真实意之心髓，权上手之取精法。嗡。顶礼吉祥黑汝嘎。宣说取精之口诀，将权上手细致研磨，牛奶熬制九份为一份，二者混合之丸，搓成肉丸大小，修持如鲁（རུ་ལུ）之咒，聚集所有精华，转化为甘露，念诵三百万遍，则发出光芒与铃声，散发芳香且梦兆吉祥。此物若依止三月，即使寿命已尽亦可延续三年。无食独处之瑜伽士，做具身要之哈气，三界虚空化为甘露，以口呼呼吸入，身体充满甘露，座间安住于空性中，彼丸于六时服用，舍弃粗食饮用开水，期间时常修持拙火。此乃甚深口诀。萨玛雅，印印印。嗡。吉祥真实意之心髓，甚深心性引导。嗡。顶礼吉祥黑汝嘎。甚深心性之精华，为证悟原始清净本来面目，难得暇满人身，忆念无常死亡，对痛苦深思熟虑，欲求一生证悟成佛，以恳切之情坚定出离心，皈依三根本，生起五种菩提心，修持金刚萨埵以净除罪障，以心咒
