Abandoning attachment to other things, abandon it with your own awareness, clearly explain the guru's teachings, wisdom is self-illuminating and without conceptualization. Dharmakaya awareness is completely cut off in self-arising and self-manifestation. As it is said in the Vajrasattva Tantra: When the alaya consciousness does not transform into the body, self-arising wisdom will manifest as Dakini. When the lamenting cries of suffering are liberated within five days, the body of Vajrasattva will be attained. Therefore, when abandoning the five aggregates, breathing ceases, and the body is not taken away, the secret wisdom body, or whatever practice one has previously cultivated, at the time of its manifestation, one should abandon sorrow and suffering. The survivors should also recite "Rulu" and pray. As it is said in the tantra: The wisdom body is self-arising. Therefore, the yogi himself should remember the guru's teachings at that time and explain them himself. Display the deceased's yidam thangka, perform the limbs of accumulating merit such as the seven-branch offering, and pray. Recite a large number of "Rulu" mantras. Therefore, for that wisdom body, from this very moment, one should recognize that it corresponds to these six dharmas. The method of recognizing appearances is: recognize that the body of light is emptiness, recognize appearances, know how to control appearances, recognize wisdom, and know how to distinguish between mind and wisdom. Awareness Dharmakaya is like an image in a mirror. Awareness wisdom light body refers to appearances that lack inherent existence. The method of recognizing emptiness is: the body is not a material object, recognize that there is no substantial existence, awareness is clear and empty. The method of recognizing appearances is: recognize that the self-arising and self-manifesting body of bindu is a manifestation of one's own mind. The method of knowing how to control appearances is: control the appearance of the body in one's own awareness, thereby knowing how it arises and is accomplished, and how to observe it. The method of knowing how to recognize wisdom is: the wisdom of bindu, recognize that it is emptiness, and by knowing appearances, know how to control appearances, this is called recognizing and understanding self-arising wisdom. The method of knowing how to recognize Dharmakaya is: from that wisdom that arises from oneself, the bindu wisdom Dharmakaya is clear and without conceptualization, that is Dharmakaya.

It should be known. To know the distinction between mind and wisdom: Mind is affliction and conceptual thought. Wisdom is the single bindu, the basis of omniscient knowledge. The body of wisdom does not need to be distinguished at that time; thus, know that conceptual thought is naturally liberated. As it says in the Vajrasattva Tantra: If you do not recognize emptiness, it is like building a cairn on a mountain pass; if you do not recognize appearance, it is like a wandering ghost without a cause; if you do not know how to subdue appearance, even if you have great wisdom, you are like a blind person; if you do not recognize wisdom, it is like a blind person groping in the sky; if you do not recognize the Dharmakaya, it is like an elephant sinking in the mud; if you do not know the difference between mind and wisdom, it is like a fox caught in a trap. Therefore, at this very moment, examine and understand it in this way. If you do not realize and understand this very life, then in the bardo, or in the next life, or at the time of crossing to the other shore, you will not recognize the arising of wisdom and you will lose the path of ultimate meaning. Therefore, in this very life, the yogi should know and understand the secret path of wisdom. The yogi should recognize the great wisdom as the self-born, self-arising body. Understand the body with four symbols. Make a firm decision about that understanding. If you examine and meditate on the third meaning in that way, you will obtain the following result: you will obtain the Vajra body with five characteristics. What are they? Because of transcending the body, wisdom arises as self-appearance; because of transcending the object, the Dharmakaya pervades the sky; because of transcending the instructions, it is like a crystal; because of transcending duality, wisdom arises as transparent; because of transcending the ground, it arises as the wisdom of omniscience. Among them, because of transcending the body, wisdom arises as self-appearance, which means that by being free from the clinging and conceptualization of the three bodies, the nature of mind itself arises as empty and clear wisdom. Because of transcending the object, the Dharmakaya pervades the sky, which means that because of transcending the object of grasping and being grasped in appearance, the Dharmakaya is vast and without direction like the sky. Because of transcending the instructions, at that time it is like a crystal, which means that at that time there is no Dharma other than the Buddha, and all inside and outside is the self-born wisdom, clear like a crystal and without conceptualization, arising spontaneously. Because of transcending duality, wisdom arises as transparent, which means that there is no duality of samsara and nirvana, and there is no birth or death. Because of transcending the ground, all
