血供二十一， 视敌魔为实供。 后续之事亦如是。 若行交付与镇压之业， 咒师交付于阎罗王之手， 置刀颅麻风颅中， 镇压于咒师静室之下。 班第王交付于班第王之手， 置狗颅猴颅中， 镇压于鬼神寺庙之下。 生人交付于刀坚之手， 置红肉狗之颅中， 镇压于山神红色石堆。 妇女交付于罗刹女之手， 置黑母狗之颅中， 镇压于古老佛塔之下。 孩童交付于土地神之手， 置羊颅之中， 镇压于空寂岩洞之门。 小鬼交付于小鬼之手， 置黑猫之颅中， 镇压于古老法器之下。 父系亲属大者交付于龙， 置红牛角中， 镇压于强大泉眼之旁。 母系亲属大者交付于曜， 置凶猛曜星之颅中， 镇压于十字路口之下。 若交付于魔，则各自， 颅骨镇压于各自之处。 如是无论作何事业， 事业咒即天铁普巴， 无论作何，将命根各自相连， 须知次第勿颠倒。 降冰雹三法另知晓， 于一切，以具力之禅定， 生起马头明王之慢， 猛咒震慑且以橛击打， 陈设血肉红色朵玛， 六时供养等赞颂祈请， 无论作何委事业， 朵玛抛向敌魔方， 未成之前持禁行， 成后酬谢作回向， 无论如何做，即如是成， 犹豫者则不成， 断除二疑生定解， 以猛利欢喜而修持， 如我莲花生， 得马头明王之殊胜成就， 将显有世间摄于掌控， 使役天龙八部为仆从， 所委事业皆无碍， 化为不死金刚之身， 是故大权马头明王之， 修法千万俱胝作， 有些为究竟之义而作， 有些为遣除障碍而作， 有些为调伏骄慢而作， 有些为降伏敌魔而作， 此乃诸义摄为一， 是彼等一切之精要， 秘密咒、明咒、陀罗尼咒及， 猛咒等一切。
