之坛城中，我等进入并修持。如是作三次。第三，以七支供积累资粮并清净相续：十方三世一切之，上师本尊坛城众，所有胜者连同诸佛子，勇士空行我皈依。身语意三恭敬作礼拜，奉献内外密之供品，所有罪业皆忏悔，我等随喜他之善，祈请转动法轮，祈请不入涅槃而住世，善根回向大菩提。如是作三次。为了教法和有情之利益，从今直至未成佛之间，身语意三劝勉行善，我等进入黑忿怒莲师之禅修念诵。嗡 班杂 卓达 哈亚 葛日瓦 吽 啪 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र क्रोध हय ग्रीव हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra krodha haya grīva hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，忿怒，马头，颈，吽，啪)如是念诵仅仅凭借，刹那间于三角深蓝燃烧之坛城中，自身化为忿怒莲师，身色深蓝，一面二臂，以猛厉之三目怒视，双眉之间眉心紧蹙，张口卷舌，四獠牙紧咬，右手持挥动之宝剑斩断敌魔之头身，左手持执持之铁钩勾摄敌魔之命心，双足以压伏之姿镇压敌魔，身披黑色绸缎大氅，顶髻上绿色马首发出猛厉马鸣声响彻虚空，摄伏三界一切并以威势镇压三有，上半身披挂田野之护身符，下半身披挂虎皮裙，以五干颅为头饰，以五十湿颅为项链，毛孔间放射火焰之火花，安住于劫末烈火熊熊燃烧之烈焰中，头发为天铁所制之发辫，发间放射出无量小忿怒尊之众，彻底摧毁所有凶恶之敌魔，所有小忿怒尊全部汇聚于自身，观想为守护之帐幕。自身忿怒尊之心间，于日轮之上，观想心之智慧勇识，藏文吽字，深蓝色，具光辉灿烂，吽字之周围，根本咒语之咒鬘红色，具光芒，如旋转之火焰轮。

In the heart of the wrathful one himself, on top of the sun disc, Visualize the mind wisdom hero, the Tibetan letter Hum, dark blue, with splendor and radiance, Around the Hum, the root mantra garland is red, with radiance, Like a revolving fire wheel.
