修持：皈依、发菩提心，做自生本尊修法，念诵，加持供品、酒肉、朵玛三物，观想本尊朵玛，加持面前生起，加持三处。迎请、供养、赞颂后，做禅定和念诵的修法。之后献曼扎，祈请进入坛城：与黑汝嘎无二无别的金刚上师请垂念！祈请将我引入马头明王灌顶的坛城中并加持！如是念诵三遍。之后皈依、发菩提心：三时诸佛之身，我皈依菩提心。进入大威力之门后，为了教法和众生的利益，誓愿亲近和修持。之后用甘露以指触碰弟子三处：头顶白色法轮，以（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字为标志；喉间红色莲花，以（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）字为标志；心间杂色金刚杵，以（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字为标志。如是让弟子观想。此时积累七支供的资粮：观想前方虚空中，上师和马头明王本尊如乌云般密集。于上师诸佛的坛城，身语意三恭敬顶礼，献上内外密的供养，忏悔所有罪业，随喜自己和他人之善，祈请转法轮，祈请不入涅槃长久住世，将善根回向给所有众生。如是念诵三遍。之后受持律仪：上师大威力黑汝嘎，坛城本尊请垂念！如昔日诸佛发心一般，我受持菩提心。佛陀种姓殊胜誓言，我也稳固受持。金刚种姓殊胜誓言，我也稳固受持。宝生种姓殊胜誓言，我也稳固受持。莲花种姓殊胜誓言，我也稳固受持。事业种姓殊胜誓言，我也稳固受持。如是念诵三遍。之后为了正行之义，献曼扎并祈请：与大威力黑汝嘎无二无别的金刚上师请垂念！我已进入大威力灌顶之门，从身之门开始

Then, offer the mandala and pray to enter the mandala: Vajra Master, inseparable from Heruka, please consider! Please bring me into the mandala of the Horse-Headed Empowerment and bless me! Recite this three times. Then, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta: The body of all Buddhas of the three times, I take refuge in the Bodhicitta. Having entered the gate of great power, for the sake of the teachings and the benefit of beings, I vow to draw near and practice. Then, touch the three places of the disciple with nectar using the ring finger: A white wheel marked with (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) at the crown of the head; a red lotus marked with (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) at the throat; a multi-colored vajra marked with (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) at the heart. Thus, instruct the disciple to meditate. At this time, accumulate the seven-branch accumulation: Visualize the assembly of the Lama and Palchen Hayagriva deities in the sky in front, like a dense cloud. To the mandala of the Lama Buddhas, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind with reverence. I offer outer, inner, and secret offerings. I confess all accumulations of sins. I rejoice in the virtue of myself and others. I urge you to turn the wheel of Dharma. I beseech you not to pass into sorrow but to remain. I dedicate the merit to all beings. Recite this three times. Then, take the vows: Lama Palchen Heruka, please consider the mandala deity assembly! As the Buddhas of the past generated their minds, I take the Bodhicitta. I will firmly hold the supreme vow of the Buddha family. I will firmly hold the supreme vow of the Vajra family. I will firmly hold the supreme vow of the Ratna family. I will firmly hold the supreme vow of the Padma family. I will firmly hold the supreme vow of the Karma family. Recite this three times. Then, for the sake of the main practice, offer the mandala and pray: Vajra Master, inseparable from the great Palchen Heruka, please consider! I have entered the gate of the great Palchen Empowerment, starting from the door of the body.

祈请加持！如此祈请三次后，从本尊怒尊的身语意中，生出白红蓝三色怒尊如谷粒般不可思议，如暴风般猛烈，融入弟子的毛孔中，观想身体所积的罪障、疾病、魔障全部清净。授予黑绸缎身灌顶： 吽！具缘种姓之子汝，大威怒尊马头明王之，黑绸缎身之灌顶，愿能压伏显有世间！根本咒及， ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以此获得身灌顶。如前祈请。又从本尊口中发出具足阿 আলি 嘎嘎的咒鬘，红光闪耀，融入弟子的喉咙，全身充满咒语的红光，观想猛咒生起力量。授予铁钩灌顶： 吽！具缘种姓之子汝，大威怒尊马头明王之，铁钩语之灌顶，愿能摄伏邪引！根本咒及， ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以此获得语灌顶。祈请。又从本尊心间发出蓝色黑色的吽字，具足光彩，发出不可思议的各种光芒，融入弟子的心间，全身充满蓝色的吽字，观想生起证悟，具足力量，授予金刚橛灌顶： 吽！具缘种姓之子汝，大威怒尊马头明王之，金刚橛心之灌顶，愿能役使骄慢！根本咒及， ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以此获得意灌顶。祈请。又从本尊心间发出炽热迅猛的无量光芒，充满整个世间，将所有母曜、空行母、护法、守护神、男女傲慢者的命、心、威力、能力全部摄集，再次汇聚融入怒尊的心间，化为与怒尊之心无二无别的蓝色光点，融入弟子的脐间，观想获得马头明王的命力灌顶。授予轮灌顶： 吽！具缘种姓之子汝，大威怒尊马头明王之，功德轮之灌顶

After praying like this three times, from the body, speech, and mind of the wrathful deity in front, wrathful deities of white, red, and blue colors, as small as grains, unimaginable, arose like a blizzard, and dissolved into the pores of the disciple. Think that all the sins, obscurations, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles accumulated through the body are completely purified. Granting the black silk body empowerment: Hūṃ!
