Sa! The body, both inside and out, blazes with the nature of fire, burning away all illnesses, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations. Flames radiate outward from the pores of the hair, transforming the external world of the environment—earth, rocks, mountains, trees, forests, and all material things—into volcanoes and firestorms. The internal world of sentient beings, including humans and non-humans, all beings with or without form, transforms into wrathful forms, so that even the name of the harm-doer does not exist. To meditate in this way, one must possess three characteristics: clarity of appearance, purity of mindfulness, and stability of pride. Clarity of appearance means that the deity's body color, hand gestures, ornaments, and attire should not be murky or dim. Meditate clearly, as if looking at a painted thangka or a mask, until you have fully grasped it. Purity of mindfulness means not meditating on it as a tangible object, but meditating on it as appearance without inherent existence, like a rainbow in the sky. Stability of pride means that the deity's form should not be clear sometimes and unclear at other times. In all activities, such as walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, one should never be separated from the awareness of the deity. As it is said, "The nature of mind is unborn, empty, and clear." The nature of mind is empty, clear, and without grasping. From the very beginning, it naturally appears as the deity. Since there is no wisdom superior to this, there is no need to invoke or dissolve it. Therefore, there is no need to generate the deity through the five manifest enlightenments and the three rituals, nor is there a need to bless the three places, invoke the wisdom being, or perform empowerments, as these are dualistic phenomena not discussed here. As the Vajra-like Samadhi says, "This Vajra-like Samadhi is the supreme of all protections." The meaning of Vajra here is emptiness, because it is immutable and indestructible. Relying on the deity's Samadhi is similar to this, so no external harm can penetrate it, and therefore it is considered the best protection. Meditate on mothers, sisters, and other female relatives on the left, sons and wives in front, and wealth and possessions behind. It is important that you clearly visualize yourself as a wrathful deity, and that those being protected are also clearly visualized as wrathful deities. From the throat of those being protected, visualize the power of speech as the letter Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), merging into the root mantra. From the heart, visualize the power of consciousness as the letter Nri (藏文:ནྲྀ,梵文天城体:नृ,梵文罗马拟音:nṛ,汉语字面意思:宁), merging into the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the wisdom hero. If the opponent uses curses or other means.

Etc., in the state where the two, heaven and earth, are like a wheel of burning iron, like a gau box with its mouths joined together, enemies, obstructing spirits, and evil spirits, together with the Dharma protectors, are involuntarily and forcefully drawn in. Visualize that the flames of the wheel burn back, and from the wrathful deities of protection and repulsion within, flames blaze, storms rage, and various weapons shoot out, cutting, burning, and destroying. The meaning of "If the mind is small," etc., is that it is naturally perfected from the samadhi of the mantra wheel revolving in the heart, so there is no need to emphasize it here. Second, protecting with mantras has three meanings: the rules of mantras, the explanation of the meaning of mantras, and the explanation of benefits. The first part has three aspects: recitation, practice, and activities. First, during the time of recitation, this ten-syllable root mantra, Oṃ Vajrakrodha Hayagrīva Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:ॐ वज्रक्रोध हयग्रीव हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajrakrodha hayagrīva hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚忿怒,马头明王,吽,啪), like the sound of bees seeking a nest, should be recited continuously like a flowing river, without high or low, strong or weak, long or short, but at an even pace. The number is, "If one hundred and ten million are completed," etc. If one hundred and ten million or three times that number are recited, signs of attracting spirits will appear in reality or in dreams, such as muscle twitching, fever, trembling, nosebleeds, etc. In dreams, one will also dream of frogs, snakes, fish, loaches, scorpions, centipedes, ants, beetles, and other insects crawling on the body. Second, during the time of practice, connect the root mantra and the activity mantra, and recite with a roaring sound, generating inner strength with a state full of wisdom and power, like a burning fire. Third, the mantra for activity rituals is the long mantra from "Black Yaksha" to "Utsataya Phat," and all common or special activities, except for requesting hail, can be accomplished with this mantra alone. In the place of "harmer," insert the names of enemies, obstructing spirits, and evil spirits, and recite it very high, fierce, and fast, like sending down a great hailstorm. Second, the explanation of the meaning of the mantra is the eleven syllables of Hayagriva, etc. Third, the explanation of the benefits of the mantra is that there is nothing that this cannot overcome, etc. This has three aspects: recitation, practice, and activity, etc., which explain the mantras, recitation methods, and visualizations of the three aspects of recitation, practice, and activity, and should be understood in conjunction with the previous sections on samadhi, etc. Third, protecting with substances is:
