嗡。以五种智慧为象征的红色、绿色、白色、黄色等面容，以及上方蓝色面容的头顶上，闪耀着绿色的马头。象征十六空性的八只右手中，拿着莲花、珍宝、宝剑、铁钩、绳索、木杖、蛇、心鬘。八只左手中，拿着颅血、法轮、木杵、铁链、铃、箭、弓、千世界。以十种庄严和八种尸林装束而威严，怀中抱着红色泛紫的莲花光辉母，手持莲花和颅血而拥抱，圆满了忿怒尊的装束。双足以伸屈抛掷之姿，在智慧的红黑色火焰堆中傲然挺立，身之各处，圆满了清净六聚的六个康藏玛，清净三十二处的背靠背的三十二个盲人，清净十六烦恼的八个吉祥犬和八个狼，四方圆满了清净四见的四位门母，清晰而不混杂。以欢笑、斥责和猛烈之语的音声，震动三界。具备慈悲、威猛和寂静之殊胜心意的三处，以三金刚的体性白色嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），红色阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），蓝色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）来标示。从观想为上师大权马王之心的光芒，遍布法界，如同观修般的智慧勇识，以及三根本诸佛菩萨等，也如大权马王嬉戏之身语意的印记，如雪雨冰雹般降临，融入你们自身，强烈地生起加持的信心。伴随着香乐，念诵心咒结尾的：加纳班匝阿贝夏雅阿阿（藏文：ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱ༔）。念诵后降临。观想智慧的加持之流，直至未获菩提之间都坚定不移。底叉班匝（藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།），如此将金刚杵置于十字杵之上。灌顶正行有宝瓶、秘密、智慧、第四灌顶圆满等五种，以及作为边际的灌顶等。首先，宝瓶灌顶分为正行和后续，首先为了宝瓶灌顶的正行，请发起如下意乐：从观想为上师大权马王嬉戏之心的光芒中

Oṃ. The red, green, white, yellow, etc., faces representing the five wisdoms, and on the crown of the upper blue face, a green horse-head shines. The eight right hands, representing the sixteen emptinesses, hold a lotus, a jewel, a sword, an iron hook, a lasso, a staff, a snake, and a heart garland. The eight left hands hold a skull cup of blood, a wheel, a club, an iron chain, a bell, an arrow, a bow, and a thousand worlds. Adorned with the ten ornaments and the eight charnel ground adornments, in the lap is the red-purple Lotus Glorious Mother, embracing with a lotus and a skull cup of blood, completing the adornments of a wrathful deity. The two feet in a posture of stretching, bending, and throwing, standing proudly in the midst of a blazing heap of red-black wisdom fire, in the places of the body, the six Kamadhatu goddesses purifying the six aggregates are complete; the thirty-two blind people back-to-back purifying the thirty-two elements; the eight glorious dogs and eight wolves purifying the sixteen afflictions; the four gatekeepers purifying the four extreme views are complete, clear and unmingled. With laughter, scolding, and fierce speech, the three realms are shaken.
