Mahā balimta kha hi! Then, offer the rakta: Hūṃ! Cutting the root of the three poisons, liberating enemies and obstacles, equally perfecting samsara and nirvana in the skull cup, for the sake of destroying the five poisons in their place, offer it to the mouths of the powerful deities.
