This is the secret of all Buddhas. It should never be spoken to those who have broken their vows or are mixed with impurities. Speaking carelessly will lead to its degradation. Om, Vajra, Heroic, Hūṃ). Place it on the crown of your head. To those who expound the Mahayana, do not despise or slander me. May it always abide in body, speech, and mind, and benefit all sentient beings without exception. Then, to establish the basis for empowerment and invoke the wisdom beings, offer a mandala as a fee for the request. Offer the mandala in this way. Recite this prayer. May all the Tathagatas of the ten directions bestow their blessings. Please, glorious Powerful Lotus Lord, descend upon me. Repeat three times. Please stand up and join your palms at the crown of your head. Raise your heels and place the weight of your body on the balls of your feet, and visualize in this way. In an instant, visualize yourselves as the red and radiant Powerful Lotus Lord, with one face and two arms. The right hand brandishing a sandalwood club in the sky, and the left hand making the threatening gesture at the heart. Possessing three eyes and a wrathful countenance, with eyebrows, beard, and mustache blazing like fire. On the crown of the head is a green neighing horse head, with the sound of the horse resounding in the ten directions. Adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments and snakes. Standing in the midst of blazing flames with the right leg bent and the left leg extended. Transformed into a form with the three vajras in the three places (body, speech, and mind). Generate devotion to the lama and the deities of the mandala, and inspired by their boundless rays of compassion, from Akanishta and Sukhavati, the wrathful Powerful One and the assembly of Bodhisattvas, as large as Mount Meru and as small as mustard seeds, immeasurable in number, descend from above like rain, rise from below like mist, and come from the ten directions like a blizzard, visualizing that they dissolve into you. Thus, it is said. Again, from the realms of Akanishta and Sukhavati, the syllables of the mantra, complete with sound, come like falling rain, and visualize that they dissolve into the place of your throats. Thus, it is said, and music is played as before. Furthermore, from a state free from clinging to all phenomena, both internal and external, cultivate the firm realization of knowing that they are like dreams and illusions, devoid of inherent existence. Please relax your mind and remain in a state of non-distraction, settling into a state of equanimity for a short while. Thus, the signal is given, and one remains in equanimity for a short while. Body, speech,

Please be mindful to stabilize those wisdom beings that have descended. Recite: Oṃ supratiṣṭha vajrāya svāhā. Then place the crossed vajra. Please be mindful to offer the previously given flower to the crown of the head of the main deity of the mandala. Please repeat this: Wisdom garland of flowers, etc., the deity who attained wisdom in the past, also thinking of giving with their heart, please descend upon whoever it is. Recite: Oṃ pratīccha vajra hoḥ. Please be mindful that the main deity of the mandala accepts that flower and again blesses it as a crown of wisdom and binds it on the top of your head. Imaṃ sattva mahābala hrīḥ vajra krota. Wherever the flower falls, the wisdom self-appearance of the main powerful father and mother is not separate, so your secret name is Padma Wangchen Rolpa Tsal. For women, it is changed to: Padma Yingchug Tsal. Meditate on one Oṃ each in both eyes. Oṃ. All the Buddhas of the ten directions, may they initiate the opening of your eyes, eliminate the darkness of ignorance, and the lotus eyes are without stain. Recite: Oṃ padma cakṣuḥ jñānaprabeśaya phaṭ. Remove the eye cover. The mask and the darkness of the innate obscurations are removed simultaneously, so please be mindful to directly see the mandala of self-appearing wisdom, and generate faith, respect, and joy. Pointing with the vajra scepter: Look well, great intelligence! The previous victors and others, in this mandala spoken of in the secret mantra, have entered well and attained accomplishment. Wherever the flower falls, that deity is the yidam of that family. Thus, the support of the great mandala seen is also the pure aspect of the palace: The palace appears as a square, which is a sign of the purity of the four immeasurables. The four doors are the four mindfulnesses, a sign of purity. The net and half-net decorations are the complete purification of major and minor afflictions. The eight pillars decorate the center, a sign of the purity of the eight noble paths. Decorated with precious banners and the like, a sign of the complete purity of ethics. Decorated with goddesses of desire, a sign of the complete purity of form, sound, smell, and taste. Surrounded by a vajra fence, a sign of the turning of the wheel of Dharma. Decorated with mountain rocks and animal skins, enlightenment
