We are Padma Wangchen, red and bright, with one face and two arms. The right hand holds a sandalwood staff aloft in the sky, and the left hand makes a threatening gesture at the heart. Endowed with three eyes and a wrathful demeanor, with reddish eyebrows and a beard blazing like fire. On the crown of the head is a green horse head, neighing in the ten directions. The body is adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments and snakes. With the right leg bent and the left leg extended, residing in the midst of blazing flames, visualize transforming into the deity's body, with a moon on the forehead, a lotus at the throat, and a sun disc at the heart. On the crown of the head is a green "Hum" (ཧཾ, haṃ, हं, seed syllable) radiating light. Visualize that "Hum" (ཧཾ, haṃ, हं, seed syllable) melting and dissolving into the body, filling the body with a vajra molten iron armor. Recite "Hrih" (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, ह्रीः, seed syllable), "Ka Ba Tsi" (ཀཱ་བཱ་ཙི, kā bā tsi, का वा चि, body speech mind), "Vajra Raksha" (བཛྲ་རཀྵ, vajra rakṣa, वज्र रक्ष, vajra protection), and place a vajra on the head for protection. In order to request the body empowerment, please repeat this supplication: Glorious Vajradhara, possessing an indestructible vajra body, today I hold the Buddha's body, please grant the vajra of body. After supplicating in this way, from the body vajra of the lama's forehead, a white body vajra holding a wheel and bell, adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments, radiates and descends upon the moon seat on each of your foreheads. Place a vajra on the forehead, all the Buddhas residing in the ten directions, having meditated on the indestructible vajra body, bless us today, please grant the vajra of body. For the sake of speech empowerment, please repeat this supplication: Glorious Vajra speech holder, possessing indestructible vajra speech, today I hold the Buddha's speech, please grant the vajra of speech. From the speech vajra of the lama's throat, a red speech vajra holding a lotus and bell radiates and descends upon the lotus on each of your throats. Place a vajra on the throat, all the Buddhas residing in the ten directions, having meditated on the indestructible vajra speech, bless us today, please grant the vajra of speech. Possessing the indestructible vajra heart, today I and others hold the Buddha's heart, please transform into the vajra of the heart. From the guru's heart vajra, a blue heart vajra holding a vajra and bell radiates, visualize it coming upon the sun disc in your hearts. Place the vajra in your heart, all Buddhas residing in the ten directions, possessing the indestructible vajra heart, please bless us today as well, and transform into the vajra of the heart. ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese Meaning) Through these, may they obtain the empowerment of body, speech, and mind. In terms of samaya, may oneself and all appearances be deities, all sounds be mantras, and all thoughts be taken as the path to the great wisdom of the non-conceptual mind. Thus, purify the three doors of ordinary body, speech, and mind, and visualize offering various kinds of offerings to that which has transformed into the nature of the body, speech, and mind of the Victorious Ones. From today onwards, do not break the samaya. If you break it, this water will become the boiling water of hell.
