The essential meaning drawn from the great frame of the earth. From the Great Compassionate One, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel: Part of the Lotus Crown. Having practiced in Chimphu, in the land of Tibet, I distributed the sacred substances that pacify suffering, and the land of Tibet became peaceful and happy. I urge the kingdom to recite Mani. May future followers do likewise. Such instructions and sacred substances are not hidden in a single treasure. May it benefit the reincarnation of the divine prince. Samaya. First, practice this vase of Dharma that pacifies suffering.
