When focusing single-pointedly on the dissolving bindu, visualize at the navel chakra a tiny, hot bindu, about the size of a mustard seed, like a burning coal. Then, clear the breath and perform various appropriate vajra recitations of purification. After that, as the breath of the vajra recitation goes out, visualize from the bindu at the navel a thin and sharp flame-like ray of light quickly burning, touching the bindu at the heart chakra through the dūti channel. Because of this, each ray of light radiates from the heart chakra bindu, illuminating one's own body and the entire world, just like holding up a lamp in the dark. Furthermore, a second ray of light radiates from the heart chakra bindu, pervading the entire world, burning and melting into light. Furthermore, a third ray of light radiates, and because it is heavy, like collecting mercury, the essence of the melted nectar is refined into the form of light and dissolves into one's own body. Then, one's own body, the form of the deity, is also gradually absorbed from the edges into the dūti within the body. The dūti also dissolves into the bindu at the heart chakra. That also dissolves into the indestructible essence of one's own mind, (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Shame). Then, it becomes smaller and smaller, and the mind is held for a long time on the extremely subtle state. That also, like a rainbow disappearing into the sky, is practiced in the state of emptiness, which is invisible, and one abides in single-pointedness. From that state, in an instant, one visualizes the mandala's wheel as complete, or as before, one visualizes oneself as merely the external form of the deity, this is the first visualization cycle. By meditating on this in a unified way, at the time of the absorption stage, an experience of emptiness inseparable from the four joys arises, that is, a special experience of bliss and emptiness. After that, when abiding in the state of emptiness, appearances such as the white and red path like the sun and moon, and the black path like thick darkness, etc., arise, thereby giving rise to the clear light of emptiness that transcends all obscurations, a pure experience like the immaculate expanse of the dawn sky. Then, since bliss and compassion are of one essential point, by the impetus of great compassion, one arises from that clear light, and for the appearance of bliss, without relying on the effort generated by conceptual thoughts, the deity form, inseparable from one's own mind, like a rainbow or illusion, is clear and unobstructed, freely displaying various emanations and retractions.

The samadhi that produces activity arises naturally. It is directed towards manifesting as the wisdom deity body through the power of habituation. Having become accustomed in this way, then combining it with the rising and entering of the vajra recitation wind, learning the stages of gathering the outer vessel and inner essence is the yoga of the daytime. Visualize your own body's outer form as the deity's form, with the three inner channels and the heart's bindu as before. With the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), when the breath goes out, all of the three realms, outer vessel and inner essence, shake and move, dissolving into light. With the sound of Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ), when the breath enters, all that is stable and moving dissolves through the dhūti channel into the heart's bindu in the form of light. With the sound of Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Āḥ), when the breath remains, all is purified into emptiness, and remain evenly in that state. At the time of the gathering stage, recognize the bliss wisdom, and at the time of remaining evenly in emptiness, recognize the wisdom of emptiness. From that state of emptiness, like a fish leaping from clear water, generate the wheel of the mandala in stages. This is the second session, the yoga of the daytime. By its power, just by changing the intention before falling asleep, dreams are naturally grasped, and one enters into clear light and arises as the deity body, and so on. The Manifestation of Enlightenment states: "This body, like a rainbow, is obtained by meditating on it." And the Illusion Path Stages states: "Even in dreams, see it as illusion." As it is said. Although it transforms in this way, in order to easily generate experience and to increase what has been generated, as it is said in the instructions of the separately extracted night yoga, during the day, strive single-pointedly in the previous stages of gathering the outer vessel and inner essence. When sleeping at night, thinking that half of life is spent in sleep, one should take this as the path. Focus the mind single-pointedly on the heart's bindu, not being too dull, and when falling asleep, in a state not interrupted by thoughts between sleep and dreams, without distraction, focus the mind on the bindu. It is said that the emptiness wisdom of the deep sleep state abides in the clear emptiness without dreams, and from the bliss wind, one manifestly arises as the deity body. This is the third session. Here, the clear light of deep sleep and the clear light of light sleep are included.
