When the two "Va" syllables swirl downwards and reach the lower opening of the two channels, and the lower wind is gently drawn in, so that from the path of the Dhuti also arises wind as bright as a rainbow, when it reaches four fingers below the navel, all three together enter the navel chakra through the inner channel of the Dhuti, and in it visualize the Bindu condensed by the syllable "ཧྲིམ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीं, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Great Compassion), red and white, clear and radiant, the size of a chickpea, and in its center, visualize the indestructible essence of one's own mind as the syllable "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed Syllable), red, subtle, and blazing. As stated in the Ornament of the Sutras: "Focus the mind on the object of focus, do not let it wander in between." Thus, cut off all the elaborations of discursive thoughts, and focus awareness single-pointedly on the bright and clear image of the Bindu. The key point of speech is to maintain the gentle flow of breath naturally, this is the practice method. That is, abandoning thoughts of the three times, as well as hopes, fears, faults, merits, negations, affirmations, acceptance, rejection, analysis, meditation, etc., of the mind. On the clear image of the Bindu, without distraction, abide clearly and attentively. As stated in the All-Creating King: "This mind-essence, like unborn space, abide in a state of non-arising and non-ceasing." And as stated in the Quintessence of Reality: "Like a lamp flame unmoved by the wind, clear, non-conceptual, abide without distraction." Thus, this is the first session of meditation. From this state, if discursive thoughts suddenly arise, and the image of an object suddenly appears, then recognize it. Do not engage in any analysis or speculation about it, but completely cut it off, gather awareness, and abide on the Bindu attentively, without fabrication, and without distraction. As stated in the Vajrasattva Heart Essence Practice: "For a moment, rest the mind, gather it attentively, without fabrication, without adulteration, without change, like pure space, abide without concept, without beginning or end." Thus, this is the second session of meditation. If, due to excessive focus, awareness becomes scattered and agitated, then the Omniscient Dharma Lord said: "Relax and loosen as if resting, abandon all thoughts and mental activity." Thus, with the vigilance of undistracted awareness, naturally relax and abide, this is the third session of meditation. In short, do not regard the bright and clear image of the Bindu and the clear and attentive awareness as separate, but in a state of non-duality, clear and non-conceptual, relax and abide without fabrication and without distraction.

This is the key point. Shawaripa. Like a hawk, abide without contraction or expansion. Do not muddy the water, keep it naturally clear. Just as a wise person tends to cattle. Observe the steady, clear, and sharp essence of the lamp. The illusory person is free from attachment and calculation. Let the bird dwell in the sky without support. As it is said, this is the fourth point of contemplation. By abiding in this way, the stages of experience are: recognizing thoughts is the experience of wavering; thoughts getting a little rest is the experience of attainment; thoughts being exhausted is the experience of habituation; thoughts being slightly movable is the experience of stability; being immovable and gaining autonomy is the experience of completion, there are five kinds. Whatever arises, do not accept or reject, continue to maintain it, so that ordinary thoughts and sensory consciousness entering objects will cease, and it will be close to turning inward. Due to the power of the knot of the channels, the five winds gradually gather in the central channel, and as a sign of the wind and mind merging inward, five signs such as mirages will be seen through the manifestation of the senses based on the physical eye. Hevajra Kalpa says: "Mirage, smoke, firefly, sky." The Secret Path Stages of the Buddha says: "Mirage, smoke, firefly, meteor. Combine like a lamp, like the sun." The Subsequent Tantra of the Illusion Net, the Tantra of Eliminating Discrimination, says that smoke appears first. It says: "Please, Lord, what are the signs of those yogis?" The Buddha said: "Son of lineage, these first ones are the lineage, and the signs of the fruit also have a sequence, there are five kinds. What are the five? Smoke, mirage, spark, lamp, clear sky. These are the differences of the signs of the sequence." As it is said. At that time, all appearances of external objects cease, and only the appearance of bindu, the mind is focused on this, this is said to be the sign of habituation. Here it is said that in the charnel ground one can rely on dark yoga, which should be understood from the oral instructions. These are the yoga of the body vajra. Second, purifying the wind of speech, is the yoga of the speech vajra. The root is: Second, on the lotus of the heart, draw the bindu of the navel, like a bee in the stamen of a lotus, tremble and emit sound and abide, eliminate the wind, let it fall naturally.
