May it transform into an empty light body! May speech dissolve into indestructible self-sound! May mind's thoughts be liberated into the great bliss Dharmakaya! May the body, speech, and mind of the Sugata's compassionate deities be spontaneously accomplished! Thus, make the dedication, and know that this applies to the following as well. By striving in this way, the flow of discursive thoughts gradually decreases, stability is gradually gained, and the five experiences of wavering, attainment, habituation, stability, and ultimate completion arise in sequence. Also, in the self-commentary of "Samadhi Lamp," it says, "Having definitely experienced the three heats, all kinds of signs will appear." Therefore, the outer heat feels the body is light, the inner heat does not feel the movement of breath, and the secret heat knows the objects of enjoyment as illusory, etc., will also appear. It is said that many signs of such experiences will also appear. These should be known, and the recognition of qualities, the methods of correcting faults, etc., should be learned from the mouth of the venerable Lama. How does this become the basis for the Completion Stage? Meditating on the deity's body is Body Vajra, reciting mantras is Speech Vajra, and merging into clear light is Mind Vajra, which is the basis for the Completion Stage. If there is interest in these, the objects to be purified and the means of purification, etc., of the Generation Stage should be explained. These are the instructions for the first stage, the Generation Stage. Next is the method of instruction for the second stage. In the root text, it says, "In the second, the Completion Stage, the indestructible three fruits and branches." Therefore, the root instruction is the Yoga of the Three Vajras, the method of manifesting the indestructible and permanent fruit by relying on it, and the branch instructions are the practices of gradual stages, etc., which are three. The first is that, relying on the functions and bonds of the subtle body, speech, and mind, channels, winds, and bindus, the yoga that transforms the extremely subtle three doors into the indestructible essence of the Three Vajras is called the Yoga of the Three Vajras. It has three: the Body Vajra Yoga that purifies the body's channels, the Speech Vajra Yoga that purifies the speech's winds, and the Mind Vajra Yoga that purifies the mind's bindus. The first is, in the root text, it says, "First, the body posture should be immovable, the three channels should be visualized clearly, from the ro-rkyang, semen and rakta, from the dhuti path like a rainbow, the arising of luminous winds, when reaching the navel chakra, clear red and white sesame.

The ground is bright, the measure of a canaka bean, in its center the form of one's own mind HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥), on the indestructible essence, steadfastly maintain single-pointed samadhi, in between, ordinary thoughts, abandon and meditate again and again as before. When that is stable, the signs of ordinary thoughts and sense consciousness turning inward appear, five signs such as mirages arise, at that time, from the appearance of bindus, all other object appearances cease, this is what it means to become accustomed to it. Thus it is said. Having prioritized the preliminary practices and the generation stage meditation, it is important to bind the body in a comfortable posture without moving. The reason for this is that the body is like a city, the channels are like streets, the wind is like a horse, and consciousness is like a person. By binding the actions, it is like closing the city gate, so that the person and horse are trapped inside and cannot go out. Furthermore, by sitting in the lotus position, the downward-clearing wind that resides in the secret place is bound. The two hands form the vajra fist, with the thumbs pressing the base of the ring fingers, placed on the soles of the two feet, and the arms are straightened. The waist is slightly bent, and the belly is pushed outward, so the fire-equalizing wind that resides in the navel is bound. The upper body is held upright without bending forward or backward, so the life-sustaining wind that resides in the heart is bound. The neck is slightly bent, with the Adam's apple pressing against the throat, so the upward-moving wind that resides in the throat is bound. The spine and back of the neck are straightened, and the head is held upright without tilting, so the pervasive wind that resides at the end of the skin is bound by gathering and tightening each part of the body. In this way, by grasping the five root winds, the five branch winds are also forcefully bound. The lips and teeth are left in their natural position, and the tongue is applied to the upper palate, so virtues such as not being thirsty arise. The way of looking with the eyes is to keep the eyeballs still, without blinking the eyelids, and to keep them wide open without moving. Moreover, in order to eliminate the fault of the winds, mind, and bindus being expelled downwards, it is said that it is good to look upwards. The key point of the mind is to visualize oneself instantly as the body of the Great Compassionate One, with the three channels and four chakras in the center of the body, or again, to visualize the three channels as before, and then, slowly exhale three times of impure air from the nostrils, and inhale the extremely gentle upper wind naturally. At that time, visualize Rasa-ta, which is dust, from the right Roma channel, and Shukra, which is semen, from the left Kyangma channel.
