When gazing intently, a clear vision arises in the mind. Focusing on this with single-pointed attention and meditating diligently, it will become clear. This is the first stage of visualization. Having meditated in this way, the form of the deity is clearly established in the mind. The external form of the deity is clear, like a hollow house supported by pillars. In the center of this clarity is the Avadhuti nadi, white on the outside and red on the inside, about the size of an arrow shaft, and hollow. It is clear, without obscurations, and bright. It is straight and unmoving. Its upper end connects to the Brahma aperture, and its lower end connects to the secret place. To its right is the red Roma nadi, filled with blood, and to its left is the white Kyangma nadi, filled with semen. The upper end connects from the space between the eyebrows to the inside of the two nostrils, and the lower end curves four fingers below the navel and enters the Dhuti nadi. The four chakras are directly aligned with the Dhuti nadi, connected internally in a way that they merge into it and are invisible. In this way, the three nadis are like raising a life-tree, and the four chakras are like attaching the ribs of an umbrella. From the Dhuti at the center of the four chakras, one nadi branches out in each of the four directions, making four nadis. From these, two nadis branch out from each at the heart chakra, making eight nadi petals. At the throat, two more nadis branch out from each, making sixteen. At the crown, two more nadis branch out from each, making thirty-two. At the navel, like the heart, eight nadi petals branch out. From four of these, two nadis branch out from each, making twelve, and from the eight that branched out earlier, five branch out from each, and from the four that did not branch out, six branch out from each, making sixty-four. Among the sixty-four nadis, one of the six nadis that branch out from each is called the empty nadi because air does not flow through it. All the nadi petals are visualized as clear, bright, and hollow. This is the second stage of visualization. If the four chakras are not clearly established, it is said that achieving clarity in just the three nadis will accomplish what is needed. Having established clarity in this way, one meditates on the wisdom being through the five manifest enlightenments: Semen from the lower end of the Kyangma nadi enters the Dhuti nadi and rises upwards, appearing whitish. When it reaches the center of the heart chakra, it transforms into a full moon, which is like mirror-like wisdom. Red blood from the Roma nadi at the space between the eyebrows enters the Dhuti nadi without obstruction and descends downwards, appearing reddish. When it reaches the heart chakra, it transforms into a sun disc, which is equality wisdom.

Wisdom. Between the sun and moon, the essence of indestructible wind-mind, the red syllable Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Sha) is clear and radiant, which is discriminating awareness wisdom. Those three melt and merge into one light mass, and by the yoga of emitting and gathering light rays, accomplishing the deeds of the Buddhas is accomplishing activity wisdom. When that is completely transformed, from it arises a wisdom being similar to oneself, complete with ornaments and attire, contemplating the clear and radiant emission of light rays is the ritual of the Dharmadhatu wisdom. As it says in the Hevajra Tantra: The moon is mirror-like wisdom, the seventh of seven is equality, the seed syllable and hand symbol of one's own deity, are said to be individually discriminating. All becoming one is attentiveness itself. Completion is the purity of the Dharmadhatu. The five aspects that the wise have spoken of as rituals, are to be meditated upon. Meditate as it is said, this is the third meditation session. Thus, in the heart of the wisdom being who has become clear and stable, in the center of the red lotus with eight petals facing upwards, complete with filaments and pollen, contemplate the samadhi being, the red syllable Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Sha), the size of a mustard seed, burning and clear like a butter lamp. Thus, clarify the three beings in sequence, and in conjunction with the example of the image in a mirror, it is important to focus on and meditate on the clear and empty deity form that is clear in appearance but without clinging to it. King Prophecy Vajra said: If one clearly meditates on the deity's body, one will obtain a great accumulation of merit. If one understands the nature of that image, one will obtain a great accumulation of wisdom. Thus it is said. From the beginning, naturally pure, considering oneself to be the deity of the three indestructible vajra bodies, one should also generate pride, this is the fourth meditation session. Here, since the form of the naturally arising deity is the path itself, it is permissible not to invite and absorb the wisdom being, etc. Because that innate deity abides from the beginning, naturally inseparable from the Buddhas who are momentarily free from defilements, therefore it is the reason why the samaya being and the wisdom being are inseparable. Also, as it appears in the action texts, if one likes to invite, there is no contradiction seen. Secondly, the yoga of speech recitation has three aspects: mental recitation, root recitation, and the three activities of its application. If one is tired, one should do verbal recitation. The first is the root.
