尊贵的上师请垂听！所有佛陀的秘密道，于诸逝如来总集之坛城中，请令我之相续成熟！如是祈请。第二，授予五种共同明智灌顶：自观想为坛城东方之诸逝如来总集大悲尊之身。由心间的种子字所催动，前方虚空之处，灌顶之神，十方四时之胜者及其眷属一切，如密集的云团般显现安住。以“嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 萨帕里瓦拉 布施 扎 普拉帝扎 梭哈”至“夏布达 普拉帝扎 梭哈”之间进行供养。祈请所有如来赐予我显明灌顶。如是祈请后，观想虚空中安住的如来们，以不动佛之体性的宝瓶水进行灌顶。吽！器情圆满宝瓶之灌顶，具镜智之自性，为令嗔恚彻底清净之故，于金刚部中赐予灌顶。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 瓦吉拉 阿比辛扎 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！）如是念诵并灌顶，右手持金刚杵举起宝瓶置于头顶，并摇动铃铛。以法螺之声，向所有会众洒宝瓶水。观想十方诸佛及其眷属一切，皆化为不动佛之体性，与自身无二无别。如是，以宝瓶之水灌顶，嗔恚得以清净，识蕴得以转位，镜智得以显现。如是生起证悟。观想虚空中安住的如来们，以宝生佛之体性的头冠进行灌顶。吽！诸佛之主头冠之灌顶，具平等性智之自性，为令我慢彻底清净之故，于宝生部中赐予灌顶。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 惹那 阿比辛扎 幢！（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्रं，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：幢！）如是念诵，双手以拇指与食指相抵持头冠，并戴于头上。观想十方诸佛及其眷属一切，皆化为宝生佛之体性，与自身无二无别。如是，以头冠之灌顶，我慢得以清净，受蕴得以转位，平等性智得以显现。

Venerable Guru, please listen! The secret path of all Buddhas, In the mandala of the assembly of all Sugatas, Please ripen my being! Thus pray. Second, bestowing the five common wisdom empowerments: Visualize yourself as the embodiment of the Great Compassionate One, the assembly of all Sugatas, in the east of the mandala. Urged by the seed syllable in the heart, in the space in front, the empowerment deities, the victors of the ten directions and four times, together with their retinues, all arise and abide like dense clouds. Offerings are made from "Om Sarva Tathagata Saparivara Puspe Pratitsa Svaha" to "Shabda Pratitsa Svaha." I beseech all the Tathagatas to bestow upon me the manifest empowerment. Having thus prayed, visualize that the Tathagatas abiding in the sky bestow the empowerment with the water of the vase, which is the essence of Akshobhya. Hum! The empowerment of the vase, complete with container and contents, Possessing the nature of mirror-like wisdom, For the sake of completely purifying anger, Empower into the Vajra family. Om Sarva Tathagata Vajra Abhisinca Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum!) Recite thus and empower. With the right hand holding the vajra, raise the vase and place it on the head, and ring the bell. Sprinkle the vase water on all the assembly with the conch shell. Visualize that all the Buddhas of the ten directions, together with their retinues, have all become the essence of Akshobhya and are inseparable from oneself. Thus, by empowering with the water of the vase, anger is purified, the aggregate of consciousness is transformed, and mirror-like wisdom is manifested. Thus generate realization. Visualize that the Tathagatas abiding in the sky bestow the empowerment with the crown, which is the essence of Ratnasambhava. Hum! The empowerment of the crown, the lord of Buddhas, Possessing the nature of the wisdom of equality, For the sake of completely purifying pride, Empower into the Ratna family. Om Sarva Tathagata Ratna Abhisinca Tram! (Tibetan: ཏྲཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: trāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Tram!) Recite thus, hold the crown with both hands, thumbs and forefingers touching, and bind it on the head. Visualize that all the Buddhas of the ten directions, together with their retinues, have all become the essence of Ratnasambhava and are inseparable from oneself. Thus, by empowering with the crown, pride is purified, the aggregate of feeling is transformed, and the wisdom of equality is manifested.

Recite this and hold the vajra in the right hand at the heart and shake it. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions transform into the nature of Amitabha and become inseparable from oneself. Thus, by the vajra empowerment, attachment is purified, the aggregate of perception is transformed, and discriminating wisdom is manifested. Thus, generate realization. Visualize the Tathagatas residing in the sky bestowing the bell empowerment of the nature of Amoghasiddhi. Hūṃ! Empowerment of the bell of wisdom's dharmadhātu, Possessing the nature of accomplishing activity wisdom, In order to completely purify jealousy, Bestow empowerment into the Karma family. Oṃ sarva tathāgata karma abhiṣiñca āḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत कर्म अभिषिञ्च आः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata karma abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切，如来，业，灌顶，阿). Recite this and ring the bell with the left hand and lean it against the hip. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions transform into the nature of Amoghasiddhi and become inseparable from oneself. Thus, by the bell empowerment, jealousy is purified, the aggregate of formation is transformed, and accomplishing activity wisdom is manifested. Thus, generate realization. Empowerment of the name of Buddha empowerment, Possessing the nature of dharmadhātu wisdom, In order to completely purify ignorance, Bestow empowerment into the Tathagata family. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions transform into the nature of Vairochana and become inseparable from oneself. Thus, by the name empowerment, ignorance is purified, the aggregate of form is transformed, and dharmadhātu wisdom is manifested. Thus, generate realization. Thus, by obtaining these five empowerments, the five obscurations to be abandoned are abandoned, and the five wisdoms to be obtained are obtained, this is called the beneficial empowerment.
