By whatever ground is established the extraordinary ability to accomplish the two benefits, and because of obtaining permission to listen, contemplate, and teach, thereby enabling the reception of disciples and so forth, gaining mastery over activities, this is the empowerment of the Vajra Acharya. In order to stabilize this empowerment, visualize that all the Buddhas bestow empowerment with the water of a vase possessing the indestructible nature of Vajra. Lineage Assembly, Lord of the World (Avalokiteśvara). Born from the three secret places, the great vase empowerment will be bestowed upon the fortunate child. oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, jewel in the lotus, hum, hrih!) vajra lokeśvara kalaśa abhiṣiñcāmi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra lokeśvara kalaśa abhiṣiñcāmi, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra, Avalokiteśvara, vase, I anoint), thus, by empowering with the water of the vase, the body is filled and impurities are cleansed. The remaining water swirls on the crown of the head, adorned by the lord of the lineage. All the deities residing in the sky, complete with the three seats, also dissolve into it. Visualize that the deities of the mandala and the guru together consecrate it by scattering auspicious flowers. While scattering flowers, recite: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajrāye svāhā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajrāye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, well established, vajra, svaha!). Thus, in order to enthrone you as the Dharma kings of the three realms, visualize that it becomes an offering. The action vajra raises the offerings, and the guru, with mudras, recites: oṃ vajra puṣpe pratīccha svāhā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra puṣpe pratīccha svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, vajra, flower, receive, svaha!), up to sound. Having obtained this, one gains mastery over listening, contemplating, teaching, and accomplishing activities related to the outer mandala connected to the six realms. Then, in order to gain mastery over the generation stage of the inner body mandala, purify ordinary appearances and attachments, and bestow the body empowerment of the mandala deities: Visualize yourselves as being clear as the main deity of the mandala, and the mandala deities come forth like one lamp giving rise to two, dissolving into their respective deity positions, so that whatever appears, you gain the extraordinary ability to accomplish the benefit of oneself and others with the play of the illusory deity body. Place the tsha-tsha of the main deity at the heart, and recite: hrīḥ vajra, with great compassion, empower this fortunate one, may the aggregates of consciousness be transformed, may the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu be attained. oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, jewel in the lotus, hum, hrih!) vajra lokeśvara abhiṣiñcāmi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra lokeśvara abhiṣiñcāmi, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra, Avalokiteśvara, I anoint). The tsha-tsha of the manifesting Lord of the World.
