བ་བག་ཆགས་དྲི་མ་མེད། །འཇམ་མཛེས་ལས་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་ བྲལ། །སྣུམ་འདྲིལ་ཟག་མེད་བདེ་བས་ཁྱབ། །ཟང་ཐལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད། །ཚིགས་གསུམ་སྐུ་གསུམ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ། །ནམ་ཡང་འགྱུར་མེད་རང་ངོ་ཤེས། །དབང་ཡུལ་ཉོན་མོངས་སྐུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་གྲུབ། །རང་ཤར་རང་གྲོལ་ཆོས་ཉིད་རོལ་པ་ཡིས། །ཀུན་གཞིའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་བག་ཆགས་ཀུན་སྦྱངས་ནས། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐུགས་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཤོག །ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ ཞེས་ཆོས་དབྱུག་གི་བརྡས་མཚོན་ཏེ། སེམས་ཉིད་གཉུག་མའི་གཤིས་གང་དུའང་མ་གྲུབ་པའི་རང་སངས་རང་རིག་སེམས་བྱུང་གི་སྤྲོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་བྲལ་བ་རྣམ་པར་མི་རྟོག་པ། མདངས་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རོལ་པ་མ་འགགས་པ། རྩལ་ཅིར་ཡང་འཆར་བ། དྭངས་གསལ་མི་གཡོ་ལ་རྒྱ་ཆད་ཕྱོགས་ལྷུང་དང་བྲལ་བ་ནམ་མཁའ་དྭངས་པའི་དཀྱིལ་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་ནི་རང་བྱུང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཏེ་དབང་བཞི་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་ངོ་སྤྲོད། དེ་ལྟར་དོན་དམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་དབང་བཞི་པ་ཐོབ། ཕྲ་བའི་སྒོ་གསུམ་སྣང་གསུམ་གྱི་དྲི་མ་དག །ལམ་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། ཤིན་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་བདེ་ཆེན་མཆོག་ཏུ་མི་འགྱུར་བའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་བྱས། འབྲས་བུ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་སྐུ་ཐོབ་པའི་སྐལ་པ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་རྟོགས་པ་བསྐྱེད། དེ་ལྟར་འཕགས་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཞིར་དབང་བཞི་བསྐུར་བའི་བྱ་བ་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་གྲུབ་ཟིན་པ་ཡིན་པས། གནས་སྐབས་དེ་དག་ཏུ་ཁས་བླངས་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་རྣམས་མི་ཉམས་པར་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྲུང་བར་བགྱིའོ་སྙམ་པའི་འདུན་པ་དྲག་པོས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་བཀའ་བསྩལ་པ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གིས་བགྱི། །ཞེས་ཁས་བླང་། དེ་ལྟར་ལེགས་པར་ཐོབ་པའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་གཏང་རག་གི་དོན་དུ་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ་མཛོད། ཅེས་མཎྜལ་འབུལ་དུ་གཞུག །སླར་ཡང་ལུས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དགེ་ཚོགས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་བཅས་པ་འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་འབྱོར་པ་ལྟར་སྤྲུལ་ཏེ་འབུལ་ན་ཆ་ཤས་ནས་ལོངས་སྤྱད་དུ་གསོལ་སྙམ་པས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། དེང་ནས་བརྩམ་སྟེ་བདག་བྲན་དུ། ཁྱེད་ལ་བདག་ནི་འབུལ་ལགས་ན། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སློབ་མར་གཟུང་བ་དང་། །ཆ་ཤས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་སྤྱད་དུ་གསོལ། །དེ་ལྟར་དབང་ཐོབ་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བས་མཚོན་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་ཚོགས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོར་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བ་འདི་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་གནང་བར་ཞུ། བསོད་ནམས་འདི་ཡིས་ཐམས་ཅད་གཟིགས་པ་ཉིད། །ཐོབ་ནས་ཉེས་པའི་དགྲ་རྣམས་ཕམ་བྱས་ནས། །སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆིའི་རྦ་རླབས་འཁྲུགས་པ་ཡི། །སྲིད་པའི་མཚོ་ལས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྒྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །སོགས་བརྗོད། ཚོགས་ཀྱི་དགའ་སྟོན་ལ་ལོངས་ སྤྱོད་ཅིང་སློབ་མ་རྣམས་གྱེས། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་ལྷག་མ་ནས་བརྩམ་སྟེ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱི་བར་ལས་བྱང་ལྟར་བྱའོ། །འཕགས་མཆོག་དགྱེས་པའི་འཇུག་ངོགས་སྨིན་བྱེད་ཀྱི། །བདུད་རྩིའི་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་གཏན་པ་མེད་པ་འདིས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་གདུང་བ་ཀུན་ཞི་ཞིང་། །རྣམ་གྲོལ་སྐུ་བཞིའི་ངལ་འཚོ་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའང་གཏེར་ཆེན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འགྲོ་འདུལ་གཏེར་བདག་གླིང་པས་མཛད་པར་གྲགས་པའི་དབང་ཆོག་ཉིད་གཞིར་བཞག་དག་ཅིང་གསལ་བ་བཀླགས་པས་གྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བྲལ་མ་ཎི་བ་མཚོ་སྐྱེས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱིས་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དགེ་འོ།། །། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལྷ་དགུའི་དབང་གི་ཆོ་ག་འཕགས་མཆོག་དགྱེས་པའི་འཇུག་ངོགས། མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོ།

哇，无垢习气！ 柔美离业及烦恼！ 润泽无漏遍喜乐！ 空明智慧恒不断！ 三处三身任运成！ 永恒不变识自性！ 权境烦恼身与智成就！ 自显自解法性嬉戏中！ 净除一切阿赖耶之障垢习气后！ 愿与大悲心之意无别！ ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文：ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ज्ञान अभिषिञ्च ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：jñāna abhiṣiñca hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：智慧，灌顶，舍)。以法杖之象征，心性本初之性，于任何处皆不成立之自醒自明，远离一切心生之戏论，无分别。光彩大乐，嬉戏无间断。功用任运显现。澄澈不动摇，离边执偏颇，如虚空清净之中心，此乃自生之智慧，是为第四灌顶之智慧。如是介绍。 如是于真实菩提心之坛城中获得第四灌顶。清净微细三门三现之垢染。得权修持圆满次第。显现极清净俱生大乐无变之智慧。成为获得果位智慧金刚自性身之有缘者。如是生起证悟。 如是，圣观世音之外内秘密真实之坛城四种灌顶之事业皆已圆满完成。于彼等之时所承诺之誓言，莫令衰损，恒常守护之，如是生起猛利之意乐，请复诵此。 主尊如何垂示，彼等一切我皆行持。如是承诺。如是为酬谢善妙获得之恩德，请献曼扎。如是令献曼扎。再次将身体受用善根海等，如转轮圣王之富饶般幻化而供养，于少分亦祈请享用，如是复诵此。 自今而始我为奴，我今献汝祈纳受，汝亦摄我为弟子，少分亦祈请享用。如是由获得灌顶所生之善根为首，三世所积之善根海一切皆为菩提心

Wa, immaculate habitual imprints! Gentle and beautiful, free from karma and afflictions! Smooth and cohesive, pervading with leakless bliss! Empty and clear wisdom, an unbroken stream! The three abodes and three bodies spontaneously accomplished! Eternally unchanging, recognizing one's own nature! Power, realm, afflictions, body, and wisdom are accomplished! Through the play of self-arising, self-liberating Dharma nature! Having purified all the obscurations and habitual imprints of the Alaya! May we be inseparable from the heart of Great Compassion! ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञान अभिषिञ्च ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: jñāna abhiṣiñca hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom, Consecrate, Hrīḥ). Symbolized by the Dharma staff, the innate nature of mind, self-awakened and self-aware, not established in anything, free from all mental elaborations, non-conceptual. Radiant great bliss, unceasing play. Potentials manifesting in various ways. Clear, unmoving, free from limitations and partiality, like the center of a clear sky, this is self-born wisdom, the wisdom of the fourth empowerment. Thus, it is introduced. Thus, in the mandala of the ultimate Bodhicitta, the fourth empowerment is received. Purifying the subtle impurities of the three doors and three appearances. Empowered to practice the Great Perfection path. Manifesting the supremely unchanging wisdom of the utterly pure co-emergent great bliss. Made capable of attaining the result, the Wisdom Vajra Essence Body. Thus, generating realization. Thus, the activities of bestowing the four empowerments in the four mandalas of the outer, inner, secret, and suchness of the Noble Lord of the World (Avalokiteśvara) have been perfectly completed. With a strong intention to always uphold the vows undertaken at those times without deterioration, please repeat after me. As the Lord has commanded, all these I shall perform. Thus, promise. Thus, to repay the kindness of this excellent attainment, please offer a mandala. Thus, they are made to offer a mandala. Again, imagining and offering the body, possessions, ocean of merit, and so on, like the wealth of a universal monarch, please partake of even a portion, please repeat after me. From this day forth, I am your servant. I offer myself to you, please accept me. Please take me as your disciple, and please partake of even a portion. Thus, with the root of virtue arising from the attainment of empowerment as the foremost, all the ocean of merit accumulated in the three times is for the sake of Bodhicitta.

Please grant this complete dedication together. By this merit, may I attain the state of omniscience, subdue all sinful enemies, and liberate all beings from the turbulent waves of birth, old age, sickness, and death, from the ocean of existence. Etc., recite. Enjoy the feast of the gathering, and then the students depart. The teacher, starting from the remaining offerings and up to the auspiciousness, should proceed according to the ritual. By this supreme and joyful entrance, the maturing nectar offering, may all beings' two obscurations and sufferings be pacified, and may the bliss of the four liberated bodies be expanded. It is said that this is the initiation ritual composed by the great treasure revealer, the King of Dharma, Dro Dul Terdag Lingpa. Based on this, it was written by Khyentse Wangpo Dorje Ziji, a joyful attendant of the pure and clear yogi Maniwa Ocean-Born Lama. May it be auspicious and perfect! Good!
