To the noble assembly of deities with their retinue, I offer the outer offerings of divine substances, Flowers, incense, lamps, and, Scented water, food, and excellent melodious sounds, Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, and dharmas, All the offerings that exist, To the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, And to the assembly of the Great Compassionate One, I offer! Arya Lokeshvara Dakini Sapariwara Vajra Pushpe Dhupe Aloke Gandhe Naividya Shabda Ah Hum! Inner offering: Hrih! Arya Lokeshvara Dakini Sapariwara Bodhicitta Gana Guhya Puja Ho! Medicine offering: Hrih! Eight thousand roots combined Amrita, With this immortal secret nectar, I offer to the assembly of the Great Compassionate One! With affection, grant empowerment and accomplishment! Pancha Amrita La Kharam Khahi! If elaborate, combine the meaning of the lineage names and take accomplishment. Blood offering: Hrih! The blood that subdues the evil of the three realms, Samsara and nirvana are equalized in the skull cup, With the offering of great bliss blood, I fulfill the samaya of the Great Compassionate One! From the lotus stem piled up on the immaculate ocean island, The unborn Dharmakaya emanates into form for the benefit of others. One face, four arms, the form of the four immeasurables, I prostrate and praise the noble one, the compassionate one! The thousand hands are the thousand Chakravartin kings, The thousand eyes are the thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon. To whomever needs to be tamed, he shows himself accordingly, I prostrate and praise the noble Avalokiteshvara! The self-born, non-dual, co-emergent mother, Satisfies with bliss, the union of bliss and emptiness. With the meaning of the four joys, she subdues appearance and existence, I prostrate and praise the secret wisdom mother! Tara, white and green, holding treasure, holding secret mantras, I prostrate and praise the lords of compassion! The eight pure consciousness great Bodhisattvas, The eight pure realms great goddesses, The six emanated Thubpas who benefit the six realms, I prostrate and praise the four immeasurable gatekeepers! Furthermore, the hosts of gods, vidyadharas, and protectors, The four great kings, the directional guardians, planets, and stars, etc. I respectfully praise all who are worthy of praise! Seventh, the recitation is: On the moon in the heart, the white Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) syllable is surrounded by the mantra to be recited, from which rays of light radiate, gather, and accomplish the two benefits. It dissolves into oneself and bestows siddhis. Visualize all vessels and contents as the mandala of Avalokiteshvara, and from every pore of your skin, the sound of the mantra resounds, diriri, shaking samsara from its roots. Thus, have faith.
