(藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཀ་མ་ལ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ बोधिचित्तकमलसिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bodhicittakamalasiddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Bodhi mind, Lotus, Accomplishment, Hum!) Maha Puja Ho! (藏文：མ་ཧཱ་པཱུ་ཙ་ཧོ།，梵文天城体：महापुजा हो，梵文罗马拟音：mahāpūjā ho，汉语字面意思：Great, Offering, Ho!) Recite the mantra three times. May all the channels and elements of your five chakras be filled with nectar. May you aspire to generate the extraordinary wisdom of bliss and emptiness, free from defilements, in your mindstream. Place the nectar of the bhanda in the three places and recite: Kaya Vaka Citta Abhishinca Hum! (藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：कायावाक्चित्त अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：kāyavākcitta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Body, Speech, Mind, Consecrate, Hum!) Thus say. Since you have received the secret empowerment, may the obscurations and habitual tendencies of speech be purified. In practice, meditate on the three: channels, bindus, and winds. Enjoy the five nectars, etc. May the activities of empowerment be accomplished, and may the result be the attainment of the Sambhogakaya, the body of perfect enjoyment. Thus, proclaim the realization. In particular, proclaim the samaya vows as follows: Towards the Vajra Master and consort, never forget to regard them as Buddhas. Listen, son of noble lineage, also hold this empowerment, life, and samaya. In outer, inner, and secret ways, speak to no one, hold it in your heart. If broken, there is no liberation, you will experience hell. The result will be turning your back on the Buddhas. Therefore, protect the samaya! Thus, advise. Thirdly, offer a mandala as the fee for requesting the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. Repeat after this supplication: Kye! Heruka, glorious supreme lineage! Bestower of supreme bliss! Vajra holder, great bliss! Grant me that very nature! Three times. Kye Ho! Non-dual wisdom, great bliss! Dakini, supreme illusion, you are bliss! Great method of blending wind and mind! Wisdom mother who has attained great bliss! Do not abandon women, but embrace them! Apart from this, there is no path to bliss! Abide in the meaning of celibacy! Apart from this, the life of liberation is cut off! Protect the vows and practice properly, son! As a symbol of not having seen the mandala of the bhaga before, bind the face covering. In front of the Lama, Yab-Yum, glorious Hayagriva and Vajravarahi, together with the deities of the five places, all of you stand up, join your palms, and meditate in this way. The disciples, like in the previous secret empowerment, visualize themselves as naked, dark blue Vajravarahi, etc., jumping and dancing. In particular, in the center of the heart, above the sun and moon, visualize the Varahi of the heart, dark blue, blazing with light, and dancing fiercely. From the body of the Lama, emanate countless Varahis, all of you.

Visualize a consort with complete qualities appearing before you, showing the lotus in the sky, and encouraging bliss. Listen, wise son of the lineage! Wisdom, virtuous, auspicious mother, the cause of the great bliss fruit, the giver of the supreme joy, take this and use it as a support for joy. Descend, reverse, and hold in the four chakras. Then, all of you, as in the previous secret empowerment, visualize yourselves as the great red Hayagriva, etc. Obtain a clear appearance blocked by a yellow Bugaphat, and with the art of desire, enter into samadhi, so that the drop falling on the crown of the head is joy, on the throat is supreme joy, on the heart is special joy, and on the navel is innate joy. Recognize these and look at your own face. By reversing upwards from the tip of the secret place, at the end of the four joys of lower stability, experience the coemergent joy of the example wisdom. Ho! Listen, look at the self-nature of bliss! Experience it but cannot speak of it. For example, a mute eats sugarcane. Do not be attached to bliss, let go of clinging. Reside in the bhaga (藏文：བྷ་ག་，梵文天城体：भग，梵文罗马拟音：bhaga，汉语字面意思：female genitalia) of the wisdom goddess, she is beautiful, pleasing, and virtuous.
