The round mirror represents the three kāyas, All phenomena are pure reflections, From the self-liberation of ignorance and habitual patterns, May the auspicious empowerment of complete enlightenment be attained! Hūṃ! The supreme conch shell, turning to the right, is an auspicious jewel, The sound of speech possesses sixty qualities, The ocean of virtues is the voice of Brahmā, May the Dharma sound pervade all, may auspicious empowerment be attained! Oṃ Svasti Svasti Dhīma Svasti Bhrūṃ Bhrūṃ Bhrūṃ Abhiṣiñca Ā! If you want to increase longevity, then according to the practice manual, combine attracting life force, empowerment, and increasing, but if you want to condense it, then according to the actual teachings of the scriptures. From the clear form of Tshewang Gonpo Amitāyus, countless rays of light radiate. Gather all of your diminished and deteriorated life force, and all the life force, merit, glory, and essence of samsara and nirvana, stable and mobile, and enter into the vase in your hand. The nectar of the vase boils and drips from the mouth. Enter from the crown of your head. Fill the inside of your body completely. Generate the certainty of obtaining the vajra body without birth and death. Place the life force essence on your head. Hūṃ! Secret assembly, compassionate Amitāyus, Unchanging and indestructible, Increase life force and vital essence, Grant here the immortal life empowerment! Thus, the complete vase empowerment is obtained, The obscurations of the body are purified, all appearances, Have the power to contemplate as the mandala of deities, Practice extraordinary ascetic conduct, Accomplish peaceful activities, attain the Nirmāṇakāya. Thus, realization is expressed. Secondly, offer a maṇḍala as the fee for requesting the secret empowerment. Recite this prayer. Kye! Heruka, supreme and noble lineage, Grant the supreme bliss of the unsurpassed! Vajradhara, great bliss, Grant me that very essence! Three times. As a symbol of not having seen the maṇḍala of the body before, cover the face. The master is the powerful red Hayagrīva.

May the consort Vajravarahi be dark blue. Both hold a curved knife and a skull cup, adorned with complete charnel ground ornaments. At the father's five places are the five classes of heroes, and at the mother's five places are the five classes of dakinis. On a lotus and sun-moon seat on the crown of the head, the Lama Guhyasamaja father and mother are radiant. From the father's secret place, from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) emanates a five-pronged vajra. From the mother's space, from Vaṃ (Tibetan: པཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) emanates a three-petaled lotus. The son is blocked by a yellow Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phaṭ). Arise, all of you, join your palms at your crown, and meditate in this way: You are dark blue Vajravarahi, naked, adorned with bone ornaments, holding a curved knife and skull cup, with a sow's face grunting on your crown. In the center of the five chakras at the five places are the five classes of dakinis. Meditate single-pointedly on the dakinis of five colors, equal in number to the aggregates, elements, sources, and pores, running, jumping, and dancing like a sesame pod. Accompanied by the sound of ḍamaru and bell. Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱི, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ)! Lama Guhyasamaja father and mother, we, the fortunate ones, pray to you. Grant us the supreme accomplishment of great bliss! Believe that you are circumambulating the deities of the Lama's mandala. Having removed the face covering, believe that you are directly seeing the mandala of the Lama father and mother's body. Listen, fortunate sons, listen! All of the previous empowerments were merely external symbols and representations. This is the great secret inner empowerment, the "Dala" of the body of great bliss, the channels and essences are the assembly of heroes and heroines, it is the pure deity mandala, there is no name for impure delusion. Here, obtain the supreme secret empowerment. Child, generate pure joy. Visualize that the white and red bodhicitta essence of the Lama father and mother in union, the essence of all the Buddhas, mixed into one taste with the nectar of the skull cup, is bestowed upon your tongues. Bestow the secret skull cup nectar. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ)!
