I prostrate to the body. Having subdued the four maras, he lit the lamp of the teachings. I prostrate to the body of Shakya Simha. Having subdued the heretics, he became the successor of the teacher. I prostrate to the body that proclaims the lion's roar. Various emanations were used to establish Dharma in Tibet. I prostrate to the body of Vajra Kilaya. Without birth or death, he travels throughout the world. I prostrate to the body of Padma Thotrengtsal. I prostrate and praise the supreme guru of the root lineage, the three times of the lineage. I prostrate to the body of the Guru Ocean. May all the Buddhas of the three times, upon me and all faithful individuals, bestow blessings like a stream of water. I wander in the three realms of samsara. Please hold me with your compassion. Om Ah Hum, Vajra Guru Padma Thotreng Tsal Sarva Siddhi Namo Hum. This is the praise. Secondly, the praise to the peaceful deity, Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara: Om Ah Hum, Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih. The essence of the Buddhas of the three times is great compassion. The body of Lokeshvara, Avalokiteshvara, with unattached compassion, performs the benefit of beings. I prostrate and praise the body with a bright red color. The rays of light from the eyes hold beings with compassion. From the mouth, the sound of Dharma, the sound of Mani, is made. From the nose, wind arises, destroying the five poisons of affliction. I prostrate and praise the body of wisdom and compassion. From the ears, sounds arise, methods to tame the six realms are made. I praise the body of the emanation, Great Compassionate One. The two hands unite the sphere and wisdom without separation. The lower right holds a rosary, praising the path to enlightenment. The lower left lotus is not stained by the faults of samsara. I praise the Great Compassionate One who cuts off the root of birth and death. The two feet stand equally for the benefit of beings. I praise the Great Compassionate One who has the six perfections. The six bone ornaments subdue the six realms. I prostrate and praise the body of Lokeshvara. The collection of lineages, eleven faces and thousands of eyes, etc. I praise the assembly of deities of the victorious ones, the ocean. In a joyful manner, accept the recitation, praise, and offerings. Purify the sins and obscurations of sentient beings of the three realms and six classes, and grant the attainment of the three kayas. Om Ah Hum, Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih. Thirdly, the praise to the wrathful deity Hayagriva: Om Ah Hum, Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Hum Phat Hrih. The deity generated from the wisdom of awareness itself. I prostrate and praise the glory of the self-born horse supreme. Compassion and wrathful mind
