四臂者，最初双手于胸前合掌，右下持红莲花念珠，左下持鲜花茎，以跏趺坐姿，珍宝丝绸为饰，头发束髻向上，有丝绸发冠和尖顶，观想清晰而无实体。右侧是人尸日月之上，本尊马头明王忿怒之王，一面二臂身红色，右手摇金手鼓，左手摇银铃，头顶马头照耀十方，威立于勇士之海中央，以骨饰和舞姿猛烈观想。左侧是人尸日月之上，大佛母秘密瑜伽母身红色，一面龇牙咧嘴三眼睁，右手持钺刀左手持颅碗血，六种骨饰为饰，舞姿翩翩，发出“阿热利”之声，头顶猪面发出哼哼声，观想勇母围绕。其头顶日月之上，上师莲花生，身蓝色具光彩，阿杂惹装束骨饰具，右手摇檀木柄鼓，左手摇白银铃，年轻舞姿光芒环绕，上师安住于大海中央。其背后所有，护法神海众，以及具誓护法财神海众，一切如法行事业，观想光芒如星般闪耀。前方六道众生，观想嘛呢之音声回荡，如是专注清晰观想。之后第二是迎请，伴随乐器之声，如是说：嗡啊吽！嗡嘛呢贝美吽舍（藏文：ༀམཎིཔདྨེཧཱུྃཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 舍）！班杂咕噜哈雅格里瓦 杜玛嘎耶 哈热尼萨 萨瓦悉地吽舍吽（藏文：བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་དྷུ་མ་གྷ་ཡེ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིང་ཧྲཱིང，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：vajra guru hayagrīva dhūmaghaye harinisa sarvasiddhi hūṃ hrīṃ hrīṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚 上师 马头 杜玛嘎耶 哈热尼萨 一切成就 吽 舍 吽）！如是念诵百千遍，吽舍！往昔劫之初，邬金（乌仗那，约公元8世纪时的北印度地区）地方的西北方，莲花花蕊茎之上，获得稀有殊胜之成就，名为莲花生，身蓝色舞姿翩翩，眷属空行母众多围绕，我修持追随您，为赐予加持祈请降临，于尸林中获得功德，莲花生祈请降临，于普陀山获得知识，具慧胜妙欲祈请降临，于邬金地方执掌国政。

The four-armed one, the first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart, the lower right holds a red lotus rosary, the lower left holds a flower stem, adorned with precious silk in a lotus posture, the hair is tied up in a knot, with a silk crown and a pointed top, visualized clearly and without substance. On the right, above a corpse, sun, and moon, is the yidam Hayagriva, the wrathful king, with one face and two arms, red in color, the right hand plays a golden hand drum, the left hand rings a silver bell, the horse head on the crown shines in ten directions, standing proudly in the center of the ocean of heroes, contemplating fiercely with bone ornaments and dance posture. On the left, above a corpse, sun, and moon, is the great mother Guhyajnana, red in color, with one face, bared fangs, and three eyes, the right hand holds a curved knife, the left hand holds a skull cup of blood, adorned with six bone ornaments, with a dancing posture, proclaiming the sound of "Ah-re-li", the pig face on the crown emits a snorting sound, contemplating the heroic mother surrounded by the ocean. Above the sun and moon on her crown is the lama Padmasambhava, with a blue-black body and splendor, adorned with the attire of an acharya and bone ornaments, the right hand plays a sandalwood handle drum, the left hand rings a white silver bell, with a youthful dancing posture and swirling rays of light, the lama resides in the center of the ocean. Behind him are all the Dharma protectors and guardians, the ocean of oath-bound protectors and treasure owners, all performing activities according to the Dharma, contemplating the rays of light sparkling like stars. In front are the six realms of sentient beings, contemplating the sound of the Mani mantra resounding, thus focusing and visualizing clearly. Then the second is the invocation, accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, saying this: Om Ah Hum! Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih!
