I offer with the ocean of Samantabhadra's offering clouds, I confess with intense remorse for sins and downfalls, I rejoice in all collections of merit. I request the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions to continuously turn the wheel of Dharma and remain in the world. I dedicate the merit to great enlightenment. Fifth, taking vows: Ho! Lamas, peaceful and wrathful deities, heed me! For the sake of all beings, I take completely all the vows of individual liberation, Bodhisattva, and Vidyadhara. Until enlightenment, I will not abandon them. Please bless me with your compassion. Thus, make a commitment.
