Through the empowerment of mind, may you obtain the empowerment of the luminous heart's longevity. At the end of the mantra, recite: CITTA SIDDHI ABHIṢIÑCA HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त सिद्धि अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Romanized: citta siddhi abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Mind accomplishment empower Hūṃ) and enjoy. Hold the longevity torma on your head and recite: HRĪḤ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanized: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrīḥ). In the unchanging, eternal palace of five lights, reside the peaceful and wrathful deities of Padmasambhava's longevity. From their body, speech, and mind, may a great rain of nectar descend. Having thus received the empowerment and siddhis, think that your entire body is filled with the nectar of longevity, and bind and secure your life force. Proclaim extensive auspicious words, enjoy the feast of the tsok, etc., and finally dismiss the aftermath of the empowerment and activities. By doing so, the obstacles to longevity will be pacified, the essence of life and body will increase, and ultimately you will become a Vajra longevity vidyadhara. For those who are fortunate, the benefits of properly bestowing such an empowerment are: through the empowerment and siddhis of longevity, those who could only live for ten years will live to be a hundred, and will increase a hundredfold, a thousandfold, and so on. Obstacles and hindrances will be pacified, life and merit will increase, and the attainment of the deathless vidyadhara will be accomplished. Thus it is said. Represented by such a Vajra longevity practice, all obstacles to the accomplishment of siddhis should be averted by the unique yoga of Padmakīlaya's mudra. As a symbolic support, wear an eight-finger-long kīla made of iron or strong wood, whose neck is adorned with a wrathful face of Hayagriva, and an amulet of mantra paper and white mustard seeds, along with a headdress made of black silk. During the practice, in the northeast of the mandala, and in daily yoga, in front of oneself, enhance the splendor by applying, fumigating, and striking the triangular "E" seat, and place it there. During the recitation and practice of the guru and yidam, practice during the breaks between sessions. Especially when practicing alone, perform the preliminary practices of refuge, bodhicitta, accumulating merit, cutting off boundaries, etc., as appropriate. Then, first, the order of reciting the generation of the deity is: with the unadulterated sound of mind itself, resounding as "HŪṂ HŪṂ," the grasping and perceived of oneself and the support are not conceived, and dissolve into emptiness and luminosity. From this, in an instant, both oneself and the one in front transform into the great glorious Padmakīlaya, the supreme horse, whose body is red-black, blazing like the fire at the end of time, the upper part being the great wrathful one, with one face and two arms.
