将所有情器轮涅的精华，汇聚成具足五种甘露的精髓，注入手中的宝瓶中，使其缓缓融入心间的命脉，从而身不变异，语不衰竭，意不可摧，成就金刚寿命。观想将长寿成就的物质也融入其中，使其力量达到极致。第五，长寿禁锢：以长寿甘露充满身体内部，消除一切非时死亡的恐惧，获得长寿和智慧的成就。念诵“嗡 班匝 牟扎 扎贝 舍亚 啪！（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）”，打开心间的日月；念诵“阿 约嘉纳 阿贝 舍亚 阿阿！（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）”，使甘露精华如水银般，具足五种光芒，全部聚集融合，缓缓融入心间的命脉ཧྲཱིཿནྲྀ་ཨ་三字中；念诵“班匝 牟扎 班达 邦！（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）”，严密封闭日月之盒。在下方的金刚橛之上，以结的方式系于顶端，并以半截金刚杵之顶端束缚，于其中心，以红色ཧྲཱིཿ，忿怒尊马头金刚之自性加持。观想以红色念珠如连珠般十字交错束缚，成就无变金刚之命，并在心间以金刚杵加持之姿态，念诵：ཧྲཱིཿ，轮回涅槃之精华融入寿命之根基，以咒语之念珠如连珠般束缚，以永不摧毁之金刚钉钉牢，愿成就无变智慧之命！如此清晰观想，并在咒语结尾处，念诵“ཧྲཱིཿ阿 约嘉纳 班达 邦！ 德叉 吽！（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）”多次。第六，长寿稳固之法：再次从五处的长寿无量 光佛父母处放射出五色光芒，充满身体内部，融入脉、气、明点、心识等，从而获得不可动摇的智慧之自在。从顶门的长寿无量光佛处放射出金刚念珠之光芒，身体外部完全被金刚盔甲如熔铸般覆盖。最终，安住于自生智慧、无为之状态中，观想被加持为不变本初法身之自性，并以长寿箭于顶门十字交错安放之姿态，念诵：ཧྲཱིཿ，以智慧命根不变之手印，以方便之自性于寿命

Gathering all the essence of samsara and nirvana, the environment and beings, into the radiance of the five nectars of life, pour them into the vase in your hands. As they slowly seep into the life-support of your heart, your body will not change, your speech will not falter, and your mind will be indestructible, accomplishing the vajra life. Contemplate that the substances of longevity accomplishment are also infused, making their power supreme. Fifth, binding life: By filling the entire inside of the body with the nectar of life, all fears of untimely death are eliminated, and the accomplishments of life and wisdom are attained. Recite "Om Vajra Mudra Prabeshaya Phet!" (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：) to open the sun and moon in the heart. Recite "Ah Yurgyana Abeshaya Ah Ah!" (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：) to gather all the essence of nectar, like mercury, with five colors of light, and seep them into the life-support of the heart, the three syllables Hrih, Nri, and Ah. Recite "Vajra Mudra Bandha Bam!" (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：) to seal the box of the sun and moon without a gap. Above the lower vajra horns, tie a knot at the top, and bind it with the tip of a half-vajra. In the center, empower it with red Hrih, the nature of the wrathful king Hayagriva. Contemplate that the red mantra garland is bound in a crisscross pattern like a string of beads, accomplishing the immutable vajra life. With the gesture of sealing the heart with a vajra, recite: Hrih! The essence of samsara and nirvana seeps into the foundation of life. Bound by the garland of mantras like a string of beads. Nailed down with an indestructible vajra nail. May the immutable wisdom life be accomplished! Visualize this clearly, and at the end of the mantra, recite "Hrih Ayurgyana Bandha Bam! Tishta Hum!" (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：) many times. Sixth, the method of stabilizing life: Again, from the five places of Amitayus father and mother, radiate five-colored light, filling the inside of the body, seeping into the channels, winds, bindus, and mind, thereby gaining mastery over indestructible wisdom. From Amitayus at the crown of the head, radiate a vajra garland of light, covering the entire outside of the body with vajra armor as if it were cast.
