I empower with praise and offerings. In order to empower with supports and realms, I present a mandala adorned with mountains and continents: Om! The vajra ground, the iron fence surrounding it, Mount Meru, the supreme continents, complete with all arrangements. In order to purify the Buddha-fields for all beings, I offer to the assembly of deities in the all-pervading mandala. Om Sarva Tathagata Ratna Mandala Puja Ho. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་རཏྣ་མཎྜ་ལ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत रत्न मण्डल पूज हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata ratna maṇḍala pūja ho，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，宝，坛城，供养，吽。) Adorned with the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, Om! Arising from the aspiration of Samantabhadra, the great clouds of offerings filling the entire vessel and essence of the world. In order to increase the prosperity of all beings' desires, I offer to the assembly of deities in the all-pervading mandala. Om Sarva Tathagata Maha Puja Pratitsa Ho. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་པཱུ་ཛ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत महा पूज प्रतीच्छ हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata mahā pūja pratīccha ho，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，大，供养，领受，吽。) In particular, offering the excellent food blessed by mantra, Om! With extraordinary colors, smells, tastes, powers, and essences, and various delicious foods such as Svastika. In order to increase the flawless wisdom of all beings, I offer to the assembly of deities in the all-pervading mandala. Om Sarva Tathagata Divye Nanta Puja Ho. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་དཱི་བྱེ་ནནྟ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत दीव्ये नन्त पूज हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata dīvye nanta pūja ho，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，天上的，无尽，供养，吽。) In order to empower with mantra, sprinkle flowers mixed with fragrance with water from the mantra vase, recite many mantras, and scatter them. Holding the end of the mantra cord attached to the support, rays of light emanate from one's heart. Inviting all the Buddhas of the ten directions with their retinues, the three roots, peaceful and wrathful deities, and all the infinite beings, in the form of the mandala of accomplishment, they dissolve into the supports, which are visualized as deities. Thinking that the wisdom of the Buddhas is particularly present and the power of blessings is blazing, recite many mantras. Finally, holding the flower of accomplishment, Om! By the power of the complete vajra mantra, by the power of empowering with the garland of accomplished flowers, may the wisdom of the deities always reside in the supports, and may they accomplish the activities of taming beings! Thus, recite and offer flowers. Then, reflect the image of the support in a mirror, touch it with a vajra, and urge it with the sound of cymbals: Om! The wisdom of perfect peace, like the sky, appears in the form of a great mandala. May the image of the support accomplish the benefit of beings to be tamed! Om Sarva Tathagata Mandala Kaya Vaka Tsitta Vajra Atmaka Hum Hum Hum. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མཎྜ་ལ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत मण्डल काय वाक चित्त वज्र आत्माक हूँ हूँ हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata maṇḍala kāya vāka citta vajra ātmaka hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，坛城，身，语，意，金刚，自性，吽，吽，吽。) By reciting this mantra, the palace that arises becomes inseparable from the celestial palace, and in its center are the mandala deities.
