The peaceful and wrathful victorious ones, Vajra Master, and all the Sugatas, the oath-bound guardians, the three kayas, the lineage-supporting Vajra brothers and sisters, please bear witness, all the Jewels, please consider. I, through ignorance, with body, speech, and mind, have spoken ill of the Vajra Master and the sangha, have proclaimed the secret mantras and mudras of the yidam, have violated the root vows, I confess and repent. The five things to be known and the five things to be practiced, the five things not to be abandoned and the five things to be accomplished, the five things to be accepted, etc., all the branch vows, having been broken, I confess and repent with self-reproach and regret. Doubting the mantras, disparaging the unsurpassed vehicle, separating view and meditation, not straightening the recitation and practice, being lazy and negligent, missing the timely offerings, I confess and repent for breaking the common vows of the three doors. With little intellectual skill, not realizing the meaning of the essence, with little patience in meditation, not attaining the true nature, with little wisdom, strength, not making progress in conduct, even though thinking and practicing well, accumulating offenses by turning the meaning around, I confess all the disappointing results. Thus, confessing the faults. The visualization for gathering accomplishments is: The deities of the root mandala in union, from the union, red rays of light radiate in all directions, purifying the minds of sentient beings in the six realms, causing joy to the Sugatas. The accomplishments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, are gathered back and dissolve into myself and the substances of accomplishment, dissolving into the essence of immortal nectar, transforming into the essence of all accomplishments. The sky-like body, with incomparable power.
