etc. After all the offerings and implements have been properly prepared, the twenty-five vase substances should also be filled. Invite the deity to reside in the center of the mandala. As it is said, the detailed practice has already been completed above. If there is a heart and brain of a seven-time rebirth, it should be the size of a pea. Other bones should be the size of a sparrow's egg. It is said that if the flesh of a king's seven rebirths, along with the head and heart of a vulture, are combined, it is indispensable for the main practice of the Dakinis. However, in this supreme practice, even if these are not available, there is no need to search for them specifically. Third, the actual method of practice also has four aspects. First, regarding the number of practitioners: In the 'Excellent Tantra of the Wisdom Family,' it is said, 'Five yogis hold the mantra rope. The more holders of the mantra, the better.' Therefore, if available, four teachers should be arranged in the four directions of the mandala, with the Vajra Acharya, five in total, holding the mantra rope. Since it is a practice of the Padma speech, recitation is very important, so the more mantra reciters, the better. If not available, there should be two teachers holding the mantra rope and a leader, as well as reciters who continuously recite the mantra. Second, regarding the meditation to be cultivated: Each practitioner should visualize themselves as the clear Great Compassionate One, with light emanating from their heart, accomplishing the two benefits, and then the light returning and dissolving into the practice substances, so that each pill clearly appears as the Great Compassionate One. In addition, one should diligently practice the meditation that will be described below. Third, the sacred substance to be practiced must be said to arise from the blessings of the noble Avalokiteshvara, so it seems that the practice can only rely on the mandala of the Great Compassionate One. Through the seven-syllable mantra, the pills are brought close and blessed, with the vow and wisdom inseparable. Through the mantra for attaining Buddhahood without practice, the Ara Pacana (藏文:ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་,梵文天城体:अ र प च न,梵文罗马拟音:a ra pa ca na,汉语字面意思:无垢) connected with Shambu (藏文:ཤམ་བུ་,梵文天城体:शम्बु,梵文罗马拟音:śambu,汉语字面意思:种子字), the three—appearance, sound, and awareness—are clearly manifested as deity, mantra, and dharmata, and with its splendor, all blessings and accomplishments are gathered, thereby practicing the nectar of experiential liberation wisdom. After the signs are complete, through the mantra for practicing the five wisdoms, connecting the Great Shams mantra (藏文:ཤམས་ཆེན་མོ་,梵文天城体:शम्सचेनमो,梵文罗马拟音:śamsacenamo,汉语字面意思:夏姆斯大), the five poisons of those to be tamed are transformed into the five wisdoms, and the power of the activity that shakes samsara from its roots is emitted, thereby applying it to action. Fourth, the signs of accomplishment are:

Similar to the common signs of recitation, the signs of accomplishment are: light, smoke, sound, and smell; the appearance of immeasurable faces, visions, and purity. As it is said, the actual increase of pills, flying, the falling of nectar flower rain, and seeing any auspicious good omens in the world, and so on. The signs of activity: the purification of one's own and others' obscurations, the increase of merit, and the appearance of various signs of the increase of experience and realization. Fourth, obtaining accomplishment: Practicing for seven, fourteen, or twenty-one days as mentioned, or at dawn when any of the signs are complete, mix a small amount of the pill with the substances of accomplishment, and contemplate its essence as the nature of all Sugatas, and its form as wisdom nectar, and enjoy it with complete ritual. Contemplate the outer body as a palace, and the inner meaning as the heart, both accomplished through the path as the mandala of Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara, and in this way, without doubt, it will certainly transform. Fifth, the tantra says: To purify the disciples, also bathe them, nourish them for seven days and grant permission. Thus, the disciples are any sentient beings. First, purify them with bathing, etc., like a golden vessel, and merely give the empowerment of the pill bottle, and the pill like the essence of lion's milk. Contemplate the body as the palace, the heart as the center of the six-petaled lotus and the moon, and the pill as Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara himself, coming out from the door of the mouth palace, and abiding firmly without separation until enlightenment is attained, thereby impartially taking care of all sentient beings. Sixth, having received empowerment and swallowed the pill, although appearing as an ordinary person, in reality, one has attained the state of Avalokiteshvara, just like elevating a commoner to the throne. Just as governing the country after obtaining the throne, with the vows of the discipline of Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara, possessing the altruistic mind of cherishing others more than oneself, generally accomplish the benefit of sentient beings as much as possible, and dedicate one's own body, speech, and mind entirely to the benefit of others. In particular, during the six periods of day and night, or at least once a day, do not separate from the recitation and meditation of Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara and the mind of compassion. Seventh, the necessity and benefits: In the Samyema it says: Whoever swallows the pill, wherever they are born in any lifetime,

Ah! Inseparable from Avalokiteśvara, whoever obtains this pill, goes to the realm of Great Compassion, do not doubt this. Thus it is said, like an arrow going wherever desired by the power of the thumb and bow, so is the inconceivable power of the compassion of the Buddhas and the interdependent causes and conditions, so what has been said is only the definitive meaning. The extensive practice of these will appear below. Secondly, the means of actual practice, the seven preliminary practices for actual practice, the seven main practices for actual practice, and the seven subsequent practices for actual practice, the way to uphold the practice is as shown in the sequence of activities. At that time, all practitioners should bathe and anoint themselves with fragrance, wear beautiful silk red clothes, the teacher should face the mandala from the east, and the others should sit as appropriate. Preliminary practices: Offer the torma to the ground protectors and establish the boundaries, take refuge. Generate the mind of enlightenment, the four immeasurables, accumulate merit, invoke blessings, and bless the offerings. The actual practice of meditation: Knowing that oneself, the front, and the vase are inseparable, gather the wheel of the mandala into one with a single recitation, and do not let the mind wander from the single-pointed concentration of meditation. Generate and bless the mandala of the deity and retinue, and perform the activities of prostration, offering, praise, etc., according to the sequence of activities. The intention of recitation: Visualize all the mandalas of the deity and retinue as appearing but without inherent existence. Outwardly, focus on the gathering and dispersing of body, speech, and mind. Inwardly, focus on the expansion and contraction to subdue pride. Secretly, in the realm of emptiness, pure like space, all mandalas arise unceasingly from the realm of perfect completion, and blend wind and mantra without separation. From this, all appearances increase as the self-appearing form of Great Compassion, all sounds are the indestructible self-sound of emptiness, the speech of Great Compassion. All thoughts are repeated in the state of Great Compassion, which is wisdom, clear, self-arising, and self-liberating. Recognize that this is the deity from the beginning, and rest in the state of non-dualistic doubtlessness. Decide with the view that the deity to be practiced is not separate from one's own mind. All the deities
