Above the moon on the letter ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A), surrounded by the six-syllable mantra with ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), visualize the heart of the main deity, Hayagriva, and Amitabha, all three, on the moon disc, with the letter ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) blazing like a lamp, surrounded by a garland of mantras. Then, from the heart of the root self, a white light radiates from the mantra garland, touching the bodies of all Sugatas, pleasing the body offering and obtaining accomplishment. Merging into oneself, through that light, purify the body obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, and bring all sentient beings' bodies under control. Recite: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum) as much as possible. From the heart of Amitabha at the crown of the head, a red light radiates from the mantra garland, touching the speech of all Sugatas, pleasing the speech offering and obtaining accomplishment. Merging into oneself, through that light, purify the speech obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, and bring all sentient beings' speech under control. Recite: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum). From the mantra garland in the heart of Hayagriva, a deep blue light radiates intensely, touching the minds of all Sugatas, pleasing the mind offering and obtaining accomplishment. Merging into oneself, through that light, purify the mind obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, and bring all sentient beings' minds under control. Recite: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum). That is to say, the outer is the way of hiding life, of peace, the six-syllable mantra is the sound of the vajra, the sound of recitation is like the call of a peacock, the language is gentle, refreshing, slow, and recited with resonance. This is the way of recitation. Second, the inner practice is as a wrathful deity, which is the intention of subduing, gathering, intimidating, and destroying, combined with the three deities. From the hearts of the three deities of oneself, the mantra garland transforms into small wrathful deities, holding weapons, uttering the sound of ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat) from their mouths, making a "ཚྭ་ཚྭ་" tumultuous sound, filling the three thousand worlds, and for those with wrong views who cannot be subdued by peaceful means, subdue and destroy the demons and enemies, making them obedient servants. Recite: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Hrih) ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum Phat). That is to say, the inner, like the profound, completes the three kayas, the eleven syllables destroy the four maras, the sound of recitation is like the roar of thunder, resounding with great clamor in all directions. Just like that. Third, the secret is to combine with the ultimate supreme activity, which is the intention of increasing experience and realization, combined with the arising, merging, and abiding of the winds. In this way, the assembly of the three kayas deities, merge into the Great Compassionate One of oneself, completely without form, is the deity of non-duality.
