May the three doors of body, speech, and mind be brought under control. Wrathful Phurba Hayagriva, with one face and two arms, body red in color. The right hand holds a vajra, and the left hand holds a phurba. On the crown of the head, there is the sound of a horse neighing. The feet trample and liberate enemies and obstacles. Visualize residing in the center of a red-black fire heap. Thus, visualize. After the six-syllable mantra, recite: (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), recite as much as possible. Think that the guru and the assembly of deities of Great Compassion bless me. Then, the longevity practice: As explained in the text, dispel obstacles with the Hayagriva mantra. Generate the deity from the longevity vase's བྷྲཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) etc. Recite the ten-syllable mantra, the practice mantra, and the activity mantras as much as possible, and offer the Torma. Perform invocation and life-force retrieval. Then, the medicine practice: Beneath the palace of nectar, meditate on a mandala of wind arising from ཡཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), marked with banners. There, on the tripod of three skulls, in the palace of the nectar vessel Bhandha, nectar is full. From below, ignite the fire from the location of the wind. As the fire warms the skull, visualize the samaya nectar boiling like milk. Above the skull, the Great Compassion Father and Mother, in union with the deities of the six realms. Wisdom nectar descends from the sky, mixing with the samaya nectar. Visualize the skull becoming vast and full, with a rumbling sound. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) The Dalaru that tames beings, the skull cup with auspicious marks, medicine compounded from eighty thousand herbs, the Dalaru as clear as the sun and moon, like a flawless white pearl, swirling in the realm of great nectar. The practitioner should practice diligently. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), recite as much as possible. The mantra for descending nectar: Visualize the wisdom nectar descending from the sky of the six realm Father and Mother into the palace. Then, the swirling of nectar: Recite: (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Visualize the nectar swirling and filling the Bhandha palace. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and receive accomplishments, and gather. Then, according to the activity manual, offer the deceased's Torma and the Dharma treasure protector's Torma.
