དུ་རིག་པ་ངར་བསྐྱེད་དེ་ཇེ་དྲག་ཇེ་དྲག་ཏུ་ཧྲིལ་གྱིས་དྲིལ་ནས་བཟླ། ཉམས་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ཐོན་པས་གདོན་བགེགས་རང་ཞིར་འགྲོ །བར་ཆོད་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ཟློག་པའི་འཛབ་རྒྱ་ཁྲ་གཟན་ལ་འཇབ་པ་ལྟར་བཟླ་སྟེ། བར་གཅོད་ལྷ་འདྲེའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་གང་བྱུང་དེ་ལ་དམིགས་པ་དྲག་ཏུ་གཅུན་ལ་དེའི་གཉེན་པོར་དམིགས་ཏེ་རིག་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་དྲིལ་ལ་བཟླ། ཉམས་བར་གཅོད་གྲོགས་ སུ་སོང་ནས་བྱིན་རླབས་ནུས་པ་འཆར་རོ། །བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ལས་སྦྱོར་སྤྲོ་བསྡུས་སུ་བཟླ་བའི་འཛབ་ནི། རང་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་དང་བཅས་པ་གསལ་བའི་ལྟེ་བ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཕོག་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་མཆོད་པས་མཉེས། ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་སྔོན་པོ་མགྲིན་པར་སྤྲོས་གསུང་གི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་མཆོད་པས་མཉེས། མགྲིན་པ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་སྤྱི་བོར་སྤྲོས་སྐུའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་མཆོད་པས་མཉེས། སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་བདག་གི་ལུས་མགོ་མཇུག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱབ་པར་སྤྲོས་པས་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས། སེམས་ཉིད་རང་བྱུང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་སུ་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་པ་ནི་བསྙེན་པའི་རིམ་པའོ། །ཡང་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་མགྲིན་པར་འཕྲོས། མགྲིན་པ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་སྙིང་གར་སྤྲོས། སྙིང་ག་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་མཐིང་ག་ལྟེ་བར་སྤྲོས། ལྟེ་བ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་བདག་ལུས་ཁྱབ་པས་ལུས་བདེ་བས་གང་ཞིང་སེམས་གསལ་སྟོང་གི་ཉམས་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་པ་ནི་སྒྲུབ་པའོ། །སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་ཕྱིར་འཕྲོས་པས་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུ་མཉེས། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལུས་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱངས། ཚུར་འདུས་པས་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལུས་དབང་དུ་འདུས་པར་བསམ། མགྲིན་པ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་འཕྲོས་ བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་གསུང་མཉེས། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ངག་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱངས། ཚུར་འདུས་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་གསུང་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ངག་དབང་དུ་འདུས། ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་མཐིང་ག་འཕྲོས། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་མཉེས། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཡིད་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱངས། ཚུར་འདུས་པས་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ཡིད་དབང་དུ་འདུས། ལྟེ་བ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་འཕྲོས། མཁའ་འགྲོ་དཔའ་བོ་དཔའ་མོའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་མཉེས། ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱངས་ནས་དབང་

于此，锐利地生起觉性，越来越强烈地完全收摄而念诵。当生起修行验相时，邪魔鬼怪自然寂灭。为了遣除障碍和幻化，像猎鹰扑食一样念诵咒语。对于任何出现的障碍、鬼神幻化，都要强烈地专注于此，并以其对治作为目标，一心一意地收摄觉性而念诵。修行验相会变成遣除障碍的助伴，从而显现加持和力量。念诵息增怀诛的咒语时，可以简略地念诵：从自身大悲尊，显现身体诸尊的脐轮，放射出红光照射到心间，以供养使心间诸尊欢喜。从心间放射出蓝光照射到喉间，以供养使语诸尊欢喜。从喉间放射出红光照射到顶轮，以供养使身诸尊欢喜。从顶轮放射出光芒，遍布自身从头到脚的一切，从而清净身语意三的业障。观想自性本然的智慧转变为身语意，这是念诵的次第。再次，从顶轮放射出白光照射到喉间。从喉间放射出红光照射到心间。从心间放射出蓝光照射到脐轮。从脐轮放射出红光遍布自身，从而身体充满安乐，心中具有光明空性的体验，这就是修持。从顶轮放射出白光，供养善逝之身，清净一切众生的身体业障。收摄回来，获得一切善逝之身的成就。观想三界一切众生的身体都被摄伏。从喉间放射出红光， 供养善逝之语，清净一切众生的语言业障。收摄回来，获得善逝之语的成就。三界一切众生的语言都被摄伏。从心间放射出蓝光，供养一切善逝之心，清净一切众生的意业障。收摄回来，获得一切善逝之心的成就。三界一切众生的心都被摄伏。从脐轮放射出红光，供养空行勇士空行母的身语意，清净三界众生的身语意业障，从而获得自在。

Here, sharply generate awareness, increasingly intensely and completely gather and recite. When the signs of practice arise, demons and obstacles naturally subside. To dispel obstacles and illusions, recite the mantra like a hawk swooping down on its prey. For any obstacles or ghostly illusions that arise, focus intensely on them, and with their antidote as the target, single-mindedly gather awareness and recite. The signs of practice will become a companion in dispelling obstacles, thereby manifesting blessings and power. When reciting the mantras of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful activities, one can recite them briefly: From one's own Great Compassionate One, the navel chakra where the body deities are manifest, radiate red light that strikes the heart, pleasing the heart deities with offerings. From the heart radiate blue light that touches the throat, pleasing the speech deities with offerings. From the throat radiate red light that touches the crown, pleasing the body deities with offerings. From the crown radiate light that pervades one's entire body from head to toe, thereby purifying the obscurations of body, speech, and mind. Contemplate the naturally arising wisdom of one's own nature transforming into body, speech, and mind; this is the order of recitation. Again, from the crown radiate white light that shines on the throat. From the throat radiate red light that shines on the heart. From the heart radiate blue light that shines on the navel. From the navel radiate red light that pervades one's body, thereby the body is filled with bliss, and the mind possesses the experience of luminous emptiness; this is practice. From the crown radiate white light outwards, pleasing the body of the Sugatas, purifying the bodily obscurations of all sentient beings. Gathering it back, obtain the accomplishment of the body of all the Sugatas. Contemplate that the bodies of all sentient beings in the three realms are subjugated. From the throat radiate red light, offering to the speech of the Sugatas, purifying the speech obscurations of all sentient beings. Gathering it back, obtain the accomplishment of the speech of the Sugatas. The speech of all sentient beings in the three realms is subjugated. From the heart radiate blue light, offering to the mind of all the Sugatas, purifying the mental obscurations of all sentient beings. Gathering it back, obtain the accomplishment of the mind of all the Sugatas. The minds of all sentient beings in the three realms are subjugated. From the navel radiate red light, offering to the body, speech, and mind of the dakas and dakinis, purifying the bodily, verbal, and mental obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, thereby gaining mastery.
