Mo. In general, the third topic has two parts: the daily practices during sessions and the explanation of benefits. First, the daily practices during sessions consist of six: The seven-branch purification, mandala offering, bathing, circumambulation, torma offering, and water offering. Each of these is practiced with six aspects: outer, inner, secret, meaning, sign, and representation. First, the outer seven-branch purification involves invoking the three roots and three jewels in the sky in front of you by reciting "Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽)." Pay homage to them seated on a lotus seat. Offer outer and inner offerings, either actually available or created through visualization. Confess sins. Encourage the turning of the wheel of Dharma. Request them not to pass into nirvana. Rejoice in the virtues of the three times. Dedicate the roots of virtue for the benefit of others. These can be done through mental activity or recitation, whichever is appropriate. The inner seven-branch purification involves supplicating the Great Compassionate One and his retinue in the manner of the six-syllable essence and the seven branches. The secret seven-branch purification involves decisively realizing that one's own mind and the Great Compassionate One are inseparable. The seven-branch purification of meaning involves the realization that the Great Compassionate One's freedom from elaboration is no different from one's own mind's freedom from elaboration. The seven-branch purification of the sign involves the emptiness and inseparability of compassion in the Great Compassionate One's heart, which is the same as one's own awareness being empty, self-arising, and self-liberating, and the arising of unfabricated great compassion in one's own being. The seven-branch purification of representation involves maintaining непрерывной faith and devotion to the Great Compassionate One at all times and in all circumstances, realizing that one is inseparable from him, thereby achieving a state of non-separation. Second, the mandala offering. The outer mandala involves arranging eight heaps of jewels or wood on a mandala plate, considering them as the seven royal emblems and a treasure vase, and offering them to the assembly of the Great Compassionate One while reciting "Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽)." The inner mandala involves arranging one heap of flowers in the center and six heaps around the edge, offering them to the assembly of the Great Compassionate One. The secret mandala involves visualizing the mandala as the expanse of reality and the ornaments as skillful means and wisdom, offering the mandala while considering the expanse of reality and skillful means as inseparable. The mandala of meaning involves scattering the flowers of awareness and wisdom on the uncreated mandala of the Dharma realm.

I offer myself and wisdom as non-dual. The symbolic mandala is: the mandala of self-illuminating awareness, spreading flowers of self-arising and self-liberation, I offer in a state of non-attachment and non-aversion. The representative mandala is: the outer container world as the mandala, the inner essence of sentient beings arranged as a group, I offer in a state of self-appearance without grasping. Third is the ablution, the outer ablution is: filling a white vase with continuously flowing water and fragrant medicinal scents, adorned with ornaments, a necklace, and a protective cord, placing it in the center of the mandala. Arranging offerings. Meditating on Great Compassion within the vase. Offering praise. Reciting the six-syllable mantra. After completing the recitation, visualizing the deity dissolving into light, bathing with the water, thereby purifying all illnesses, evil influences, and obscurations of oneself and others. The inner ablution is: one's own body as the vase, complete with all water and medicine. Hair as ornaments. Clothes as a necklace. Awareness accomplished as the deity. Speech as the six-syllable mantra. Offering the essence of pure water to the three roots in the palm of the hand. Drinking the middle portion oneself. Using the remainder for bathing. This dispels all illnesses, evil influences, and obstacles. Giving the leftovers to the hungry ghosts. The secret ablution is: from the vase of emptiness of mind essence, with the water of awareness purifying, washing away the stains of conceptual thoughts. The ablution of meaning is: from the vase of the unconditioned ground, with the water of spontaneously arising emptiness and clarity, washing away the five poisons of afflictions, making the five wisdoms clear. The symbolic ablution is: from the vase of view without bias, with the water of self-illuminating awareness of practice, washing away the contrived appearances of behavior, making it clear without acceptance or rejection. The representative ablution is: contemplating that all illnesses, evil influences, and obscurations are purified by the ablution of the body of Great Compassion. Fourth is circumambulation, the outer circumambulation is: arranging offerings before the image of Great Compassion. Reciting the six-syllable mantra and circumambulating. Contemplating the support as the actual body of Great Compassion. Visualizing light emanating from it, purifying the sins of body, speech, and mind of oneself and all sentient beings. The inner circumambulation is: contemplating the three roots residing on the crown of one's head. Imagining the six realms of beings circumambulating it. Contemplating receiving blessings. The secret circumambulation is: in the Dharma wheel at the heart center, around the white syllable(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥), the six-syllable mantra rotates clockwise like a revolving flame, contemplating the obscurations of body, speech, and mind being purified.
