Apart from that, it is impossible to be true with clinging to reality, because the nature of the mind is emptiness, so in the ultimate truth there is no one who clings to appearances. The nature of appearance itself is also empty from the beginning, and it only appears in the self-power, self-luminosity, and self-nature of emptiness. If you observe the appearance, it is empty; if you observe the mind, it is also empty. The essence of both is emptiness, and the appearance is clear, so it is the union of emptiness and clarity. The appearance and mind are inseparable, and the wisdom of the union of clarity and emptiness manifests, which is the intention of great compassion. Fourth, there are three ways to carry the path for the three faculties of superior, medium, and inferior: the superior faculty is liberated without the bardo, the medium faculty is liberated in the bardo, and the inferior faculty is the instruction of transference at the time of death. First, the instruction of the superior faculty being liberated without the bardo has three parts: meditating on the body as the deity's form is the illusory body, meditating on the mind as the heart of great compassion is luminosity, and meditating on non-duality as the single thigle is union. The first of these three, the instruction of meditating on the body as the deity's form is the illusory body: In the heart of one's ordinary mind, visualize a white HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame) on top of a moon mandala. From there, light radiates, pervading from the crown of one's head to the soles of one's feet, purifying the obscurations of the body, and transforming into the form of the Great Compassionate One, which is clear and without grasping, like a reflection in a mirror; appearing but without inherent existence, like a rainbow in the sky. Second, the instruction of meditating on the mind as the heart of great compassion is luminosity: One's own mind is naturally uncorrected, Abiding in a state of self-arising, self-illuminating, relaxed, and clear, the nature of mind is naturally luminous, the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration. Third, the instruction of non-dual single thigle union: There is no agent of meditation, no object of meditation, no entity of meditation, and there is no grasping even in the mere absence of establishment. Naturally, just as it is, without contrivance, the appearance of emptiness, the deity's form is like an illusion. Its essence, its uncreated nature, is luminosity, and these two, like the sun and its rays, abide unshakably in the nature of coemergent union, becoming familiar and stable. By this, one attains Buddhahood in the Dharmakaya without the bardo, which is the path-carrying of the superior faculty without the bardo. Second, the path-carrying of the medium faculty being liberated in the bardo has three aspects: In meditative absorption, the aggregates of the bardo are visualized as the form of the yidam deity, thereby abandoning attachment to the ordinary body.

Namely, to rely on the appearance of deities in the continuum, to cultivate pride without doubt that the unfabricated self, the aggregates and elements, are originally established as deities. Abandoning attachment to ordinary speech, the six syllables of the Great Compassionate One, the self-sound of the empty mantra, the indestructible nature of Nada, the wind mantra inseparable, originally being the certainty, to rely on the unfabricated Vajra recitation without effort. Abandoning the appearance and attachment of the ordinary mind, the bliss-emptiness, non-conceptual, profound and clear, non-dual wisdom Dharmakaya, great bliss, the self-mind is originally the certainty of being attached to it. Abandoning doubt, to rely on the appearance of reality in the mind. Thus, reversing the ordinary appearance and attachment of the three doors, by relying on the body, speech, and mind of the Great Compassionate One, it will appear un fabricated. Second, in the dying Bardo, the deity's body that is not clear is made clear. Generate fear of death. At the time of being afflicted by the disease of death, arrange offerings to the Three Jewels. Spread out the painted image of the Great Compassionate One in front, look at it with your eyes and make it clear. Recite the six-syllable mantra in the mouth, and make it clear in the empty sound. Do not be attached to any of your own or others' retinues and enjoyments. All material possessions should be used for accumulating merit, and the three doors of body, speech, and mind should be relied upon as inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of the Great Compassionate One. Third, in the Sipa Bardo, continuing the samadhi, the habits awaken, and the body of the Great Compassionate One manifests as the fruit, that is, abandoning this body. In the Sipa Bardo, which has not taken the next life, the body of the Great Compassionate One, speech, and mind are certain to be liberated. This is the instruction for those of medium ability to attain enlightenment in the Bardo. Third, the instruction for the least capable person to fear death at the time of death is that the least capable person should always think that I do not know when I will die, and that no one can save me at the time of death, and should think this repeatedly and plant good motivation. At all times, the body should be the deity(藏文:ལྷ།,梵文天城体:देवता,梵文罗马拟音:devatā,汉语字面意思:天), the speech should be the mantra(藏文:སྔགས།,梵文天城体:मन्त्र,梵文罗马拟音:mantra,汉语字面意思:真言), and the mind should be stable in the three aspects of reality. At the time of death, one should generate a desire to go to the path of enlightenment. The awareness should be sent to the edge of the sky, to the realm of Sukhavati. The awareness can be taken and abandoned at will, and the bodies of gods and humans can be taken and abandoned in order to attain enlightenment in the next life. This is the instruction for the least capable person to fear death at the time of death.
