Om Vajra Ayurjnana Tse Bhrum Hum Akshobhya Kalasha Abhisincha Hum. Visualize that the precious crown, which has become the essence of Ratnasambhava, is tied to your head. Tram! From the wisdom of equality of all the Buddhas, the precious crown that surpasses all and blazes brightly, purifies the accumulation of pride and defilement, with the crest jewel, empowering the son of the fortunate lineage. Om Ratna Ayurjnana Tse Bhrum Hum Ratna Sambhava Mukuta Abhisincha Hum. Visualize that the Vajra of skillful means, which has become the essence of Amitabha, is placed in your right hand. Hrih! From the discriminating wisdom of all the Buddhas, the unchanging and indestructible nature of skillful means, purifies the accumulation of attachment and defilement, with the Vajra, empowering the son of the fortunate lineage. Om Padma Ayurjnana Tse Bhrum Hum Padma Dhara Vajra Dhara Adhipati Abhisincha Hum. Visualize that the wisdom bell, which has become the essence of Amoghasiddhi, is placed in your left hand. Ah! From the accomplishing wisdom of all the Buddhas, following the Buddha's melody, is wisdom, purifies the accumulation of jealousy and defilement, with the bell, empowering the son of the fortunate lineage. Om Karma Ayurjnana Tse Bhrum Hum Karma Amogha Siddhi Karma Ghante Abhisincha Hum. Visualize that you are manifestly empowered with the name of Vajra, which has become the essence of Vairochana, and that the crest jewel of the lineage is placed on the crown of your head. Give the secret name written earlier and place the crest jewel on the crown. Om! From the Dharmadhatu Wisdom of all the Buddhas, the name of the Wisdom Vajra is unsurpassed, purifies the accumulation of ignorance and other defilements, pervading the three realms, the name of the Vajra, for the son of the fortunate lineage.

Buddha Vairocana, life and wisdom, please grant me the empowerment! Thus, by bestowing the five wisdom empowerments, may the five stains of afflictive emotions and ignorance be purified, may the aggregates of the five skandhas be transformed, may the five great wisdoms be manifested, and may you become the seed and possess the power to quickly attain the state of the five families of Amitāyus. As a continuation, at the beginning of bestowing the empowerments of body, speech, and mind, in order to bestow the empowerment of the body mudrā, visualize the guru and the deities of the mandala as inseparable, and from their respective bodies, just as one lamp gives rise to two, may the wisdom body, inseparable from oneself, arise. May you each dissolve the five chakra wheels of the five places and the four limb places, and may you believe that your body will be purified, free from obscurations, and blessed as the immutable vajra body.
