Oh! To those who enter with faith, I grant permission! May you uphold the samaya of the Sugata lineage! For the essence of profound ripening, poured into the lion's milk, it is necessary to have a pure golden vessel through profound accumulation and purification of the lineage. In front of the self-manifest, spontaneously accomplished mandala of the illusory Vajra Life Master, the five families, the three roots, and the ocean of victorious ones, filled with the expanse of the Dharma realm. With the mind of properly performing the ten-limbed accumulation of merit, please repeat after me. Namo! Lama Rigdzin Pema Tsepakme! To, please bless! Repeat three times as in the ritual. Although there is no obstacle to the arising of the wisdom of empowerment for a person who is suitable as a vessel and whose lineage is pure, it is necessary to firmly establish the samaya that encompasses both the general and the specific aspects, so in the manner of supplication, please repeat after me. Ho! Sugata Lama together with the Bodhisattvas, please consider! From this day forth until enlightenment, the samaya of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, as well as the five things to be practiced, not abandoned, taken, and known, the samaya to be accomplished, I will protect without abandoning it like my life. Please grant me the supreme Sugata lineage! As a preliminary to invoking the wisdom being, establishing the samaya, in order to accomplish the holding of secrets, the Vajra Master is very serious, and the instruction to accomplish it as it is said, and the explanation of the key points of both profit and loss, listen attentively to the words that bind the samaya and hold the meaning in your heart. Emaho! If so, of the five families of life deities, the great sovereign Vajra Master, from this day forth, your Amitayus, is me, do not despise it! Vajra Samaya Hum! Place the Vajra garland on your head. Ho! I am the holder of the Sugata's command, therefore do not break my command! Whatever is said in the Yoga Tantra, you should practice! Vajra Samaya Raksha Hum! Place the Vajra on your heart. Hum! This is the great samaya of the Vajra, if you protect the samaya, it is the cause of generating wisdom, if you do not protect it, it will turn into a black sin of iron, it will definitely cut off the lifeblood of the heart and liberation, therefore you must uphold the samaya properly! Drink the Vajra water, from the depths of your heart taste it! Give nectar to the mouth. Do not transgress the fierce bonds of the samaya, this is tasting the Vajra flavor.

Bind the key point of speech, life force, and union. Cut off the flow of the six aggregates of mind, so that the doors of the senses are naturally blocked. Please focus your mind on these stages of single-pointed concentration. Cleanse with action mantra and water, purify with Svabhava. From the state of emptiness and luminosity where all phenomena gathered by appearance and grasping are non-objective, in the place where you dwell, on the seat where a lion supports a precious throne, lotus, sun, moon, silk, soft cushions, etc. are stacked, may your self-born awareness wisdom appear as the lord of the wheel of all families, the Bhagavan Vairochana Amitayus, his body color white and clear, like the full moon in autumn. One face, extremely peaceful and smiling. Two hands holding a long-life vase filled with nectar on the samadhi mudra, adorned with a wheel. Hair in a topknot, adorned with five silk garments and eight precious ornaments, possessing the aspect of perfect enjoyment. In the lap of the two legs seated in vajra posture, the consort Tsedak Yingkyi Wangchukma, white, naked, young and beautiful, hair loose, adorned with precious ornaments. Two hands holding an arrow and banner and a long-life vase, two legs embracing the father, urging unchanging great bliss. In the realm of rainbow five-colored light, residing in a body of illusion of appearance and emptiness, in the heart a red Yungdrung (卍) lying flat, on the four limbs are Ha Ri Ni Sa, in the center a red HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) syllable, clear and burning like a lamp, please focus your mind on this. At that time, because of the extreme devotion to the Vajra Master and the mandala deities, the blessings of the secret three doors of body, speech, and mind of those deities are stimulated. The essence of life and wisdom, the empowerment and all the siddhis of great bliss Vajra, like countless forms of wisdom beings, descend like rain, please believe that they are absorbed into you. Stimulated by the descending substances and the sound of musical instruments, if joyful, then bestow the blessings of action purification.
