Visualize the mantra garland clearly like a continuous flock of sheep. When the breath goes out, the air is like five-colored silk threads, thin and swaying, spreading outwards. The life of all Buddhas, the life of the vidyadhara immortals, the life and merit of gods, nagas, and humans, like a bee collecting the essence of flowers. When the breath comes back in, it passes through the face of the Mother, and from within the lotus, the vajra extracts the essence. Slowly drawn in, it merges into the heart and life, blazing with glory and light. One's own body is filled with the water of life and light, maturing into a rainbow body, a vajra body. Furthermore, the essence of the elements, namely earth, water, fire, wind, and space, the essence rides on the horse of wind, and as before, it merges into oneself, nourishing one's flesh, blood, warmth, breath, and mind, radiant and dazzling, visualizing it as a vajra body, a rainbow body. Practice the secret mantra, reciting one (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ). At the time of gathering, all the gods of existence and appearance merge into oneself, oneself in the realm of aimless emptiness. From that samadhi, visualize as vajra. The nature of mind is primordially pure, the unchanging bliss-emptiness wisdom, the essence of existence and peace, pure and self-liberated, view it as a great realm of clear light and vastness. Dedicate the virtue of conditioned and unconditioned, the object of dedication, the act of dedication, and the place of dedication are all virtuous, it is the dharma nature of liberation. If you practice diligently in this way, you will be freed from untimely death, prolonging life to a hundred years, and your mind will merge into the yidam deity. Even if you only practice briefly, you will definitely be freed from untimely death. May those who are fortunate enjoy it! (藏文：ྀཨཚ༔) Entrust it to the oath-bound protectors, entrust it to those who keep their vows. Thus, Padma Garwang Drodrul Gyalpo or Tsuglag Chokyi Gyalpo extracted it from the mind treasure. Virtue! ༈ A record of the secret practice of the mind treasure life, bestowing the glory of immortality. I take refuge in the primordial protector Amitayus and the inseparable Garwang Drodrul Gyalpo. Here, in order not to forget the essential instructions of the mind treasure life practice of the vidyadhara himself, the supreme branch, I request permission to write it down. To that end, I prostrate to the guru Amitayus, the embodiment of the three roots, and for the benefit of beings, Padmasambhava himself has created countless different outer, inner, and secret practices, and left emanation treasures in Tibet.
