ས་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བའི་ མན་ངག་ཁྱད་པར་འཕགས་པ་ཡིན། བཀྲ་ཤིས་བསྔོ་སྨོན་རྒྱས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་པའི་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་འདི་སྔོན་བསམ་ཡས་དབུ་རྩེར་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས་ལོ་ཆེན་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན་ལ་ཟབ་མོ་སྨིན་གྲོལ་གྱི་གདམས་པ་གནང་ནས་མི་བརྗེད་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་སྟེ་ཀུན་གཞི་མ་བཅོས་པའི་མཚོ་ལ་གཏེར་དུ་སྦས་པའི་རྒྱཿདང་ལྡན་པས། མ་འོངས་སྙིགས་མའི་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་དགོངས་ནས་མི་སྣང་བར་འགྱུར་བ་མེད་པའི་ངོ་བོར་གཏད་རྒྱཿམཛད་པ། དུས་ལ་བབ་ཚེ་པདྨ་གར་དབང་འགྲོ་འདུལ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་དགོངས་པ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཀློང་ནས་གཏེར་དུ་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ནས། དག་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བཅུ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་སྐལ་ལྡན་ལས་འཕྲོ་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་སྤེལ་བའི་རྒྱ༔དང་བཅས། རྒྱ༔རིམ་གསུམ་ལྡན་པའི་ཟབ་ཆོས་འདི་ཉིད་རིག་འཛིན་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དྲུང་ནས་འབྲུ་ཁྲིད་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཐོབ་པའི་བརྗེད་ཐོ་ལྟ་བུ་ཞིག་བྲིས་ན་ཆོག་མིན་ཞུས་པས། འདི་ཉིད་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཡིན་ཕྱིར་ཟིན་བྲིས་སུ་འགྱུར་བས་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་ཐོགས་འོང་བས་བྲིས་ཞེས་བཀའ་ཡི་གནང་བ་ཐོབ་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། རྗེ་དེ་ཡི་བཀའ་འབངས་པད་དཀར་སྤྲུལ་མིང་པ་ཀརྨ་བསྟན་འཛིན་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོས་བྲིས་པ་ཉེས་འགལ་གང་མཆིས་ཚེ་ལྷའི་དྲུང་དུ་བཤགས་ཤིང་། དགེ་བས་བསྟན་འཛིན་སྐྱེས་བུའི་སྐུ་ཚེ་བརྟན་པ་དང་། འགྲོ་རྣམས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་དུ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག ། ཟིན་བྲིས་འདི་སྐལ་ལྡན་རྣམས་ལ་སྤེལ་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། སྐལ་མེད་ལོག་ལྟ་ཅན་གྱི་ལག་ཏུ་མི་འགྲིམ་པའི་བྱ་ར་དཔལ་མགོན་མ་ནིང་དྲེགས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་མཛོད་ཅིག་རཀྵ། སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩིའི་བུམ་བཟང་འཆི་བདག་བདུད་འཇོམས། པད་དཀར་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་ཀརྨ་བསྟན་འཛིན།

息灭一切处障碍的，此乃甚深口诀。吉祥祈愿文广大增盛！如是说之此长寿修法，往昔于桑耶邬孜（བསམ་ཡས་དབུ་རྩེར།），莲花生大士（གུ་རུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས།）对大译师贝若扎纳（ལོ་ཆེན་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན་）赐予甚深成熟解脱之教言后，立下不忘之誓愿，作为俱生无整之伏藏埋藏于湖中，具有རྒྱཿ。为救未来五浊恶世之众生脱离痛苦，考量到不会隐没之体性而交付རྒྱཿ。时机成熟之际，莲花舞自在调伏王（པདྨ་གར་དབང་འགྲོ་འདུལ་རྒྱལ་པོ།）之意藏从大海中取出作为伏藏。与具备清净十德之具缘有缘者传布之རྒྱ༔一同，此具རྒྱ༔三次第之甚深法，向大持明者彼之尊前请问，是否可以书写如获口诀教导恩德之笔记。答复说，此乃修法，因此写成笔记，将会利益他人，写吧，依此获得开许。彼尊之属下白莲化身名号者，噶玛丹增华丹多杰秋吉嘉波（ཀརྨ་བསྟན་འཛིན་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ།）所书写，若有任何过失违越，于天尊前忏悔。以此善根，祈愿弘扬佛法者之寿命长久，众生迅速获得无量寿之果位！ 此笔记传布并增广于具缘者，守护勿使无缘邪见者得手，交付吉祥怙主玛宁扎巴之众。རཀྵ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，守护)。萨尔瓦达芒嘎朗（སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，सर्वदा मङ्गलम्，sarvadā maṅgalam，一切时吉祥）！ 长寿修法不死甘露妙瓶，死主魔众之调伏者。白莲化身噶玛丹增。
English
This is a particularly excellent instruction for pacifying all obstacles in all places. May auspicious aspirations and prayers increase! This practice of longevity, as it is said, was once given by Guru Padmasambhava at the summit of Samye (བསམ་ཡས་དབུ་རྩེར།) to the great translator Vairochana (ལོ་ཆེན་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན་), bestowing the profound teachings of maturation and liberation. He made an unforgettable aspiration and concealed it as a treasure in the unconditioned lake of the ground, endowed with HUNG (རྒྱཿ). Contemplating the need to save future beings of the degenerate age from suffering, he entrusted it to an unchanging essence, accomplishing HUNG (རྒྱཿ). When the time came, the intention of Padma Garwang Drodul Gyalpo was drawn from the depths of the ocean as a treasure. Together with HRIH (རྒྱ༔), which is spread to the fortunate and karmically connected, who possess the ten qualities of purity. This profound Dharma, possessing the three stages of HRIH (རྒྱ༔), was requested from the great vidyadhara himself, asking if it was permissible to write something like a reminder note of having received the kindness of oral instructions. He replied, "This is a method of practice, so it will become a written record and will benefit others, so write it," and based on receiving this permission, Karma Tenzin Penden Dorje Chokyi Gyalpo (ཀརྨ་བསྟན་འཛིན་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ།), a subordinate of that lord and known as the White Lotus incarnation, wrote this. If there are any faults or transgressions, I confess before the deities. Through this virtue, may the life of the upholders of the teachings be stable, and may all beings quickly attain the state of Amitayus! May this note be spread and expanded to the fortunate, and may the hosts of the glorious protectors, Maning Drekpa, guard it so that it does not fall into the hands of the unfortunate and those with wrong views. Raksha (རཀྵ，रक्षा，rakṣa, Protect!). Sarva Dā Mangalam (སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，सर्वदा मङ्गलम्，sarvadā maṅgalam, May there be auspiciousness always)!
