Please firmly believe that your body, speech, and mind have been transformed into the nature of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, becoming the essence of the three vajras, becoming the wheel of inexhaustible adornment. Scatter flowers while reciting the root mantra and the essence mantra of dependence. The musical instruments roar fiercely. After connecting the heart of the main deity and retinue of the action ritual, recite "Āveśaya ā āḥ" and bestow blessings. Please make the aspiration to remain steadfast until enlightenment is attained. Recite "Kāya vāka citta tiṣṭha vajrāya svāhā" and place the crossed vajra on the head. If you wish to elaborate on the common ritual and the extensive ritual, then at this point, make a special connection and perform the life-summoning. Usually, the former is sufficient, so there is no need to do it separately. Through these, the common and special dharmas of entering, both internal and external, have been accomplished. To request entry and empowerment, offer a mandala as a fee. Regarding the actual empowerment, in order to be in accordance with what is to be purified, the means of purification, the act of purification, and the result of purification, the four root empowerments are performed in sequence, followed by the ascetic power empowerment, the final offering of auspicious empowerment, the Vajra Master enthronement empowerment for the benefit of others, and the empowerment to seal longevity as immutable, making a total of five empowerments. First, in order to perform the vase empowerment from among the four root empowerments, please visualize as follows: This vase, outwardly symbolizing the vase form as a symbolic sign, inwardly manifests as the essence of the complete mandala within the vase, which is the palace of the longevity deity and retinue. As soon as it is placed on the crown of your head, a stream of immortal nectar descends from all parts of the bodies of all the deities, entering the Brahma aperture on the crown of your heads, filling your entire body. Please be certain that you have thereby accomplished the immortal vajra body. Holding the central main vase, recite "Hrīḥ! Auspicious vase, palace of the gods! Inseparable inside and out, swirling with light, space, rainbows, and rays! The Bhagavan, protector, the assembly of longevity deities resides! Bestow empowerment and blessings on the sons of the lineage! May the empowerment of the immutable vajra body be obtained! Kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ!" Place the vase on the crown of the head. Bestow the vase water. Thus, through the vase empowerment bestowed on the body, the obscurations of the body are purified, and may you obtain a body like an indestructible vajra.
