Pu! Supreme of great desire for red lotus! The substance that gathers all and purifies the faults of the cycle! Offerings to the deities of life of the three bodies! Maha Rakta Khahi! Sixth, the praise: Hrih! From the palace of the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration! Enjoyment of the complete Sambhogakaya, Bhagavan Amitayus! Emanating various rays of light, the union of all Buddhas! Bhagavan Amitayus, I prostrate and praise! Victorious One, you are superior to all Buddhas! Adorned with the splendor of the clear, radiant, and majestic Sambhogakaya! Three faces, six arms, body color red and radiant! Non-dual father and mother, I prostrate and praise you! Noble Ugyen, Protector Amitayus! Secret wisdom, supreme white-clad mother! Longevity deity, victorious father and mother, with retinue! Victorious over the battle of the four maras, I prostrate and praise you! Seventh, recitation is divided into two: the main part and the incidental part. First, initially, the division of the recitation room: The basis of division is to clearly illuminate the appearance of the mandala. By reciting "Bhrum Vishva Vishuddhe Phat Jah" (Tibetan, भ्रूम विशव विशुद्धे फट् जः, bhrūṃ viśva viśuddhe phaṭ jaḥ, پاک清净,啪ṭ,扎ḥ), imagine that from the single play of the mandala, a second aspect is separated and placed in front, in the place of the arranged offerings, as if residing near the edge of a fire mountain. There are four intentions of recitation, the first is the recitation of vows: In the heart of the wisdom being of oneself and the front, on the sun and moon seat on the lotus, the essence of the heart is Hrih (Tibetan, ह्रीः, hrīḥ, हाक), red, surrounded by a garland of mantras, radiating light like a weapon of bees. Pleasing all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions with offerings, absorbing all the qualities of knowledge, love, and power, Making all the immeasurable realms of the world appear individually. Merely by touching with light, purifying the karma and suffering of all sentient beings, and placing them in a state equal to oneself. Thus, with faith and the samadhi of the three clarities, recite as much as possible: "Om Ah Hum! Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah! Jnana Vajra Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Ja! Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum Hrih!" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Second, the recitation of Doli: Light emanates from the mantra garland in one's heart, emerging from the pistil of the lotus tongue in the form of three petals. Entering from the mouth of the front generation, from the path of the two unions.

Meditate on becoming (emptiness). Meditate and recite in this way, abandoning the five faults of recitation. The third is the Vajra recitation: When it becomes agitated, abandon the words that appear. As it is said, when the above Samadhi becomes agitated, do mental recitation, relying on the three of the arising, entering, and abiding of the wind. The fourth is the bliss-emptiness recitation: Hold the mind on the self-sound of the bliss of absorption transforming into mantra, or abide in bliss-emptiness and recite. At the end of the session, completion, hundred-syllable mantra, etc. are the same as the common ones. When practicing approach and accomplishment, focus the mind on the completion stage: If possible, hold twenty-one vase-like breaths, and all the thoughts that grasp the appearance of solidity and movement, and all extremes of elaboration such as existence and non-existence, are separated from the beginningless, unborn wisdom that is inexpressible, inconceivable, and non-conceptual, although various awarenesses arise from the nature like the sky, but just as appearance, from the moment of appearance, the nature is vast, not departing from the Dharmadhatu, it is originally great equality, and in ultimate truth, it is immeasurable life without birth and death. Abide in this way, and arise as the deity of the session break. When performing empowerment, etc., if practicing the vase, after the approach recitation, recitation, completion, and hundred-syllable mantra are accomplished, the deities clearly appear in the self-born palace of the vase in an instant, like stars appearing in a clear lake. The light of one's own life-force mantra coils around the mantra cord, and the assembly of deities of the vase enters the heart. From their bodies, streams of Bodhicitta nectar flow down, becoming inseparable and one taste with the vase water. Hold the mantra cord and recite whatever approach recitation of the vase can be accomplished. Offerings and ablutions are offered. Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the deities dissolve into light with great bliss, becoming one taste with the water of the vase. If practicing the action vase, in the vase of all actions, visualize red Hayagriva, holding a curved knife and threatening mudra with two hands, possessing the nine attitudes of wrathful dance, adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments. Recite: Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Vajra(藏文:བཛྲ,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra,汉语字面意思:金刚) Krodha(藏文:ཀྲོ་ཏ,梵文天城体:क्रोध,梵文罗马拟音:krodha,汉语字面意思:忿怒) Hayagriva(藏文:ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་,梵文天城体:हयग्रीव,梵文罗马拟音:hayagrīva,汉语字面意思:马颈) Hulu Hulu Hum(藏文:ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुलु हुलु हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hulu hulu hūṃ,汉语字面意思:呼噜呼噜吽) Phet(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪特)! Recite. Wrathful one, please perform the action of repelling all obstacles! Thus, the seven main practices are accomplished. Third, there are two at the end: attracting life force and sealing. The first is: Attracting with the rays of the mandala wheel.
